This delivery boxes where badly damaged and open. I had to count meals to ensure they where all there and they where. Delivery window remained 7am to 1800 until 1 hr before delivery. Delivery was about 20 mins before final deadline of 1800 hrs so noway to plan day.”
“I have to saw low calorie diets have always scared me - Iād be starving - miserableā¦ but not with Be Fit! I have to say I felt fine, well nourished and rarely hungry. The food is really tasty - I felt like it had been prepared by hand and portioned for me. The lasagna and curries were my favourites. Muffins less so - but to be honest I think the easiest thing is to just forget carbs or anything that mimics a carb and instead enjoy flavour, vegetables, sauces. I also loaded each meal up with veggies or salad. I made my own dressings to avoid sugar and each meal felt substantial. The best bit ultimate is the ease and retraining around portion size. I think as a society our portion sizes have creeped up so this is good way to get back to what should be normal. Be Fit also has such an amazing delivery system - all boxes arrived on time with texts to remind me. Just amazing ā¦ oh and yes I lost weight and feel sooo much better!”
