“I really enjoy Be Fit Food. I was a bit surprised at first at how small the portions were, but then I realised that these were actually correct portions and how much we all overeat...everyday! By including the 'Additional Extras' to each meal, I'm learning how to prepare easy, simple sides and I'm so surprised that I never feel hungry. I've done two Challenges so far, and now have a whole lot of meals in my freezer that I use for lunches on my workdays. Just knowing that I can quickly heat and eat something without having to prepare is a game-changer!”
“Hi there, I was excited about your marketing concept and really liked the idea of offering the Mpod. The food unfortunate was really not something I could eat. I tried 2 of them and had to throw the rest away. Food had a sour taste to it and was really watery. The eggs for breakfast I could not eat. The idea is there but definitely not the product.”
“Meals are too small. I bought them for a convenient meal when rushing about, but have to make side vegetable dish to bulk up meal. Too expensive for what I received. Also, all of the meals LACK FLAVOUR. I will NOT be reordering.”
“Website needs updating, you should be able to edit food selected at the checkout prior to payment, especially when something you ordered is not available but your only notified at check out. I was not going to go back into the website to re-select 14 days of food when I'd already spent so much time selecting food. Breakfast choices were good, didn't enjoy majority of lunch/dinner choices, threw a lot of them away (disappointing considering the cost for 2 weeks food) and ended up having to cook meals from my own food or skipped meals due to having limited food in the house. The food arrived 2 weeks earlier than the kick off date for the 14 day challenge which was fine but I'm starting to receive emails now around the challenge, would have been good to set the emails/notifications from the date of when you received the food not when the kick off date is as everyone has started at different times. Overall I was excited to start this journey but after the first few days of not enjoying food and not being checked in on was a little disheartening, would not do again.”
“Soups are tasty and they are filling, love the variety.
I have lost weight substituting my tuck shop lunch with the soups and a salad so I am very happy.”
“don't expect a lot of flavour...it is pretty bland and watery. An Indian fish curry was curry in name only. To increase the protein they add quinoa or nuts, which gives a welcome bit of crunch. Overall a bit disappointing.”
“I did the Be Rapid 7 day meals and did not enjoy at all. The food had either very little taste or was just too spicy to eat. I think the only reason I maybe lost .5kg was because I just didn't eat. I don't think this programme was right for me.”

“I was pleasantly surprised after trying my first 14 days. The food was nice (best cooked on the stove) and I wasn’t left feeling hungry like I thought I would be. Mid way through I did start to crave lighter lunches like salmon or chicken with salad rather than the sauce/curry bases for a few days as the weather got quite hot but otherwise, i found the meals quite nice.”
“Have lost around 14kg on the diet. Really just trying to maintain things now. The food is tasty and I don’t get bored eating the same handful of things plus have healthier ideas for lunches to freeze for work on the days I don’t eat the be fit meals.”
