“Highly dissatisfied with their services. I placed an order on Saturday morning, which was set to arrive Sunday between 2-9. Sunday came and went and no delivery. I called Monday morning and they stated my order was pushed back for no specific reason. Monday at noon I received a notification that my order was out for delivery. We are now Monday evening and still no delivery. Will not be ordering from here again!!!”
“I’ve been a big supporter if Fit Foods over the years however I have noticed every time I opt for a quick pick me up meal its just not the same portions rarely 3oz of protein have really cut back now charge even more & offer one option size to spike the cost

“Had to cancel my order because they have a 7am to 6pm window when food is delivered, no requests entertained. I spent $250 on food for a week, still they were unable to give me a morning or afternoon time for delivery. I will be ordering from Jenny Craig as I know I will receive the service I require.”
“Ordered with delivery day scheduled for Tuesday, on the day of delivery I received a text saying “sorry there will be a slight delay and your food will now be delivered”. This is not a slight delay when you’re planning around an upcoming event. It was very disappointing that it was only communicated on the day and left we having to find another option. It also took 2 calls to the store to get the refund processed as I received no confirmation after the first person I spoke with. I’ve had great success with be fit but this combined with the recent price increases, unavailability or discontinuation of great products has left me feeling pretty dissatisfied. I understand delays due to covid but the communication is also poor.”

Delivery driver actually rang on the Monday to confirm address but didn’t deliver. Couldn’t get an answer when delivery would arrive. Rang back a few times but didn’t feel like it was going to be resolved so cancelled order”

“My order has been messed up 2 weeks in a row. This time my dim sims were missing from my box. May not seem like a lot but when you are paying this much money for diet food and you look forward to your snack each night, it makes a big difference. It is about achieving results after all and I can't do that when part of my meal plan that I paid for is missing. Someone there isn't doing their job properly. Never ordering again and will let friends and family know to steer clear of BFF.”
“Hi there, I was excited about your marketing concept and really liked the idea of offering the Mpod. The food unfortunate was really not something I could eat. I tried 2 of them and had to throw the rest away. Food had a sour taste to it and was really watery. The eggs for breakfast I could not eat. The idea is there but definitely not the product.”
“Meals are too small. I bought them for a convenient meal when rushing about, but have to make side vegetable dish to bulk up meal. Too expensive for what I received. Also, all of the meals LACK FLAVOUR. I will NOT be reordering.”

I purchased 7 meals to try out, one I added herbs etc to make it edible, two I thew out after tasting because I felt no amount of herbs or spices could rescue them, don't realy know what to do with the remainder because I just can't face them. “my frozen were not frozen when they arrived - not delivered to my door but dumped in the foyer of the 14th storey building where I live - the pea ham soup caused a severe intestinal colic & severe diarrhoea, slight nausea 13 hours after ingestion - the rest of the consignment resides in the freezer, available for return to you if collected-it will not be eaten - thank you for the opportunity to give this report - I am not seeking refund. “I have not enjoyed any of the food. Bland with no taste everything has the same texture. Soups are curdled the muffins are watery and crumbed into a big mess.
Very disappointed with the food and the money I’ve lost.
Only think I liked was the protein balls. I will stick with tiffox meals.”
