“These shoes were everything and more in person. I was taken in by their look, but I was apprehensive about the price. They arrived quickly and just unwrapping them from the box, it was a beautiful experience and every person who saw them commented on their loveliness. They were comfortable and easy to step into and out of. The size was right on point, per their sizing description. It was a beautiful addition to my wedding look.”

“The shoes were extremely uncomfortable and when I tried to return they wouldn’t give me a refund. I was trying to break them in before the wedding and when I realized they were giving me blisters wearing them around the house like you guys suggested I returned them and no refund was giving 🥲”

“I usually wear an 8.5 or 9, depending on the shoe. The reviews said the shoes would run large, so I ordered an 8.5. They were super uncomfortable so I held on to them, and ordered a 9 to compare with. The fit is more true to size, but the shoes are still not as comfortable as I’d hoped, and now they are a mix of being too tight, and also the heel popping out when I walk. The longer I’ve had them to think about it, it’s clear that the shoes are just not comfortable to me and not what I want to wear at my wedding. Since I got the shoes just over 30 days ago (even though they’ve sat in the box untouched), I can’t return them. Store credit was offered, but really I’d just like my $300+ back. Poor customer service for shoes at that price point. I really tried to make it work by even ordering a different size, and now I’m stuck with white shoes that are uncomfortable and useless.”

“Very disappointed in your strict return policy. I returned a pair of wedding shoes for my daughter after buying 3 pairs. I was a couple of days past the 30 days and was offered a credit not a refund. You should look at the purchase history before responding to your clients. Terre Braunreuther”

“I can't wait to wear these on my wedding day! I ordered this pair because I'm a similar height to my fiance and didn't want to be taller than him. They are such a sweet design and are so comfortable, I'll be able to wear these for the hours leading up to the wedding in addition to the ceremony (I'll wear ballroom dance shoes for the reception but could totally dance in these too). Can't wait to wear them!”

“Not comfortable at all and a surprising amount in wear and read in just one hour. Actually pretty impressive how bad these 300 dollar shoes were. What a waste. I ended wearing my 100 dollar backup pair.”

Hello Marina, Thank you for sending the picture. Please note our soles are made with leather in very light beige color. Any dirt / water mark will show very vividly on the soles, in contrast to the lightness of the soles. The marks will be uneven until further wearing and the durable leather will smooth out over time. This is a cosmetic imperfection, which is expected after wearing, rather than durability defect. If you prefer to keep the soles looking pristine and light beige, we suggest applying a layer of sole protector on them to preserve the soles from getting soiled. Thank you.

“I purchased the Edna shoes for my wedding and they came super fast! I received them within 4 days of placing my order and I ordered internationally to Canada! The shoes are as stunning as they look in photos, actually they look even better in person and they honestly are very comfortable for the height. The ball of my foot or toes didn't hurt at all! The only reason these shoes are not 5 stars for me is that they were slightly damaged on the inside of the sole of the shoe and this style was too hard for me personally to walk in as they kept falling off my foot. Not having a strap around the ankle made it almost impossible to walk so I could only wear them for my ceremony. They were stunning though and if I were to buy another pair, they will definitely be one with an ankle strap!”
