“I haven’t yet worn my Bella Belle shoes, but I cannot wait to wear them. I’ve tried them on many times and can’t believe the comfort that they give me. The detail in their shoes is unreal. Will defo leave a review once I have worn them on my big day. Thank you for making flats suitable for a bride on her wedding day.”

“Shoes are beautiful. The feedback from customers as to who don’t buy them are as follows; - only made to fit skinny girls feet. -no shoes at all for wide feet. - They can feel the beading on their toes and it’s uncomfortable - the low heel could be more popular in an Elsa style shoe, because not everyone likes the straps - with the more pointy shoes, the toes only reach a certain part, and they don’t like that they can see blue on the inner soul under their toes. - too long out of stock, when it’s out of stock. - communication is not as strong as before when it was not in a warehouse. - frustration is high when an order is placed, but, we don’t find out til the shipment arrives as to ‘what shoe’ has been delivered. We believe the BB team could do a lot better with communication to the customer as to ‘hi you ordered 5 shoes, but only the xyz shoe has been shipped today and this is the tracking number, and the other shoes will be leaving in xyz time, but we will update you when that happens’. At this point we only get the tracking number and then it’s ‘pot luck’ as to what we receive. - we lose business, although brides love the shoes, we need a shoe /shoes with a platform wedge and a higher heel. - the range is stunning- we just wish bigger (wider footed) brides could wear it also. - we love selling the brand, and we will invest in buying more shoes very sink. “I was introduced to the Bella Belle brand from my wedding planner. I’m glad I made the choice for my wedding day. The shoes were a perfect addition for my wedding look. I opted for the Evelyn pump and had them on my feet for 15+ hours for my NYE wedding as I ran around Paris! The brand is definitely first of mind when I’m needing a cute evening shoe and the added cushion makes them perfect!!”

“I L-O-V-E my Florence heels. Haven't had the chance to wear them because they are for my wedding on July 27. I bought them directly from Bella Belles's online store. “I love the pumps that I got they were comfortable to be in all night and they were show stoppers! The beading made them slightly scratchy on the inside but not enough to be a bother or cause for blisters. Would totally buy them again! Already eyeballing a few of the new pairs for 2019!”
