“I bought them at the end of 2021, but had to delay my wedding to June 2024. I kept them in cool conditions in the original packaging, took them out on the day, peeled off the plastic, slipped them on. 5 hours later, the front of the shoe was flapping off. On my wedding day! Customer services recommended getting a cobbler but that does not go back and fix the stress and upset on my wedding day. I had to wear flip flops! After spending a lot of money on these shoes that is wrong. Absolutely no sympathy or compensation from customer services.”

“I decided on getting the perfect shoes for my wedding as Bella belle shoes are advertising. I ordered Edna in a size 37 after taking advantage of the professional consultation Bella belle shoes are offering for the perfect fit. Unfortunately their service was unreliable and ineffective. because I choose to rely on their brand, and their advice, I was wrongfully guided. Due to the poor consultation apparently they cannot be blamed? And I should be at fault? During the consultation I made it clear that I usually wear size 36 and have thin feet. they highly recommended I get a size up since this design runs small. i shared with them my concerns that it won’t fit but yet they still recommend on sizing up they’re the experts and it’s their business whom am I to argue. I received the shoes and for my shock it was really big. I contacted them for help since I was wrongly advised on the sizing they weren’t much of a help and deducted the shipping returning fee from my refund . Now how is this a delightful experience for any bride? I expected professionalism from their side and that their brand reflexes on their competence.”

“I bought Evelyn Shoes for my myself, they are the most uncomfortable shoes to walk in. Material is so rough on your skin that it gives you calluses and sequins snagged on to my dress and ruined my Lacey fabric. See attached photo. $419 wasted on a low quality, uncomfortable pair of shoe I ever owned.”

“Bella belle shoes are wonderful for one time use for a special event but that is the extent that I could ever recommend a pair. The are extremely beautiful and fitting for a lot of different occasions given the vast amount of styles available, but the quality is subpar upon detailed inspection and customer service is virtually nonexistent. My wife’s pair broke upon the second wear; the first was a wedding we attended in which she may have walked a quarter mile total in them. Reaching out to customer service yielded no help, as such for 100€ less than her Louboutins, I’d recommend anyone to buy a quality shoe unless the occasion or outfit can only be matched via a Bella Belle shoe.”

“Bella Belle shoes are pretty, no one would deny that. However, they are not very comfortable. Also, I think it is ridiculous how they charge individuals to return their purchases online & are required to pay for them. I was planning on wearing these for my wedding, but they sent all the wrong sizes and refused to pay for the mistake they made & send them back. They should be doing better, and in the future I'd discourage my girlfriends from buying from Bella Belle. I'd rather spend a couple hundred dollars extra for a pair of Jimmy Choo's in order to return for free, and actually be comfortable.”

“I have already reached out on instagram but my shoes came in with signs they have been worn. The straps are dirty as well as the tip of the stiletto, it is very obvious considering the shoe is nude with white lace. I had to keep them as I had my first alterations appointment the next day which is why I paid for second day shipping. Overall I was not impressed.”

“This company is absolutely terrible. I would never ever order from them again. Make sure shoes are ordered about 6 months in advance because I didn’t get my wedding shoes in time. And exchanges are a nightmare.”

“Terrible! SO cheap!!!! DO NOT BUY THESE SHOES!!! This company is scamming brides. The shoes are cheap Payless shoes from China. They smell awful like chemicals and are not well made or comfortable as claimed. They have NO right charging $300-$400 for $50 shoes. I had a horrible experience. Never again! Buy Sarah Flint instead. They actually deliver on quality for similar price point.”

“Despite the cushioning under the foot, the shoes were disappointingly uncomfortable as the shoe had little toe room and therefore no support. the heel was also peeling - not a good look for my wedding day. These shoes are not worth the money they ask for - over $600 which I was happy to pay if comfortable and the quality was good. I am also still waiting for a refund from Bella Belle. I am really disappointed and now stressed that I will not be able to find my wedding shoes in time!.”

Please also note that there is a plastic liner on the bottom of the shoes that is meant to be removed before wearing the shoes. We apply a plastic liner on the soles to prevent scuffing during try-on. We lift off the heel tip to make it easier to peel, as some customers have complained that it was too hard to get a grip on.
