One is so small a young child could barely fit into it. I ordered size medium. This company is another China farce. They laugh at their US customers all the way to the bank.”
“Do not order from Berrylook. I feel liked I got scammed. They will not respond to my email. I saw their add on Facebook. That was my first mistake.
1. The blouses looked very pretty on fb. Stating it was T-shirt material
2. I ordered 4 blouses for $75
3. It took 2 months to deliver and I only received 3 out of 4.
4. The quality of the material is so AWFUL, it is not t-shirt quality.
5. I am on 8 emails and they will not respond. I'm asking for a full refund.
6. I'm complaining to BBB, but I have a feeling I got scammed and wont be seeing any refund.”
“Awful company. Total scam. Beware!! They send you shoddy, smelly clothes made with terribly cheap fabrics with poor stitching. When you try to return, they refuse to provide return address. I have emailed them at least 30 times and they continue to fob me off. Really furious at their conduct. Shocked they’re allowed to advertise on Facebook.”
“Sometimes I think these sites are the same company. Web design is similar if not identical. Discounts are the same. Terms are identical. They have many of the same poorly made items. Same issues across the board. I had an order cancelled on me after they got my money. It was a battle but I got my refund after involving my state attorney general and the Federal Trade commission fraud department. The FTC works internationally
Only correspond by email and save everything to forward to FTC. I flooded them with daily requests for updates and it was obvious that the FTC was getting courtesy copies. I wore them down. They count on you giving up.”

It is getting ridiculous . Their customer service number is always busy and this company just does not care about their customers. As long as they have their money.... they do NOT want to help. Save yourself some stress never order from this company. They just don't give a damn.”
