“I thought that this was a good company to purchase clothes from since I am stuck in the house, but I have been waiting for over three weeks and have e not had any communication at all ,other than they have my money. I have not received a shipping date nor will they return my phone calls. All I keep getting is that we will call you back in five minutes with updated information, and I have not received anything as of this date.
I do not plan to order anything else from this company and hope that everyone else do the same.

“i made the purchase on January 2020, it cost GBP15.60 (order no.E1573186). i waited for more than 3 months, during this period, i sent emails and messages to the company, and they said for various reasons that my order would be delayed, at last they told me it was out of stock, i asked to refund, they refused, then the company gave the voucher GBP19 instead and asked me to make another purchase, because this voucher isn't included the delivery charge, so i paid GBP4.77 (order no.E1770964). On the second day after i paid the order, i confirmed with the company whether the goods i ordered were available, they told me this was out of stock again. They refunded GBP4.77 to my account. i made 2 orders, but I didn't received any orders so far, I asked the company to refund GBP15.60 as well. But they refused and didn't reply my mails.”
“Ordered over a month ago that’s ok don’t mind waiting but when they lie about it that a different story . I got 2 emails saying it had arrived in Ireland one the 25th May and the other 27 th May. But an post have not received it .,Should have checked the reviews 1st”

“I placed an order months ago and have still not received it. I emailed them and said I would put a complaint in with PayPal which I did. PayPal refused to pay as they had supplied a tracking number. I got back to Berrylook to once again ask for a refund and they said if I sent proof the case was closed from PayPal they would issue a refund . I did this then was told to wait 24hrs .....yes you’ve guessed after further emails to them they have still not replied or issued a refund . DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM , I wish I had read the reviews before I did !! Would have given no stars if I could .”
“Ordered from you 3 tops and one pair of sandals .Tops were cheap and nasty ,shoes too small. “Worst piece of junk I've ever received. Ordered 2 pair of shoes received one two days later after I wrote their customer service and complained. I had placed the order almost 2 months ago and heard nothing from them. The shoe is bad replica of the one pictured when I ordered. “Clothes and shoes completely different than what is online. Shoes came with tassles, were not on them online. Shoes poor quality, almost plastic. Shirt was ordered, when it came in, a child could not fit into it. Cannot contact or email customer service to send back for a refund. “I ordered 3 dresses end of March and received just 1 dress on May 7th. The shippment invoice had 3 dresses but only 1 came. The dress I received was not the one I ordered although similar , it was more like a night gown. I will never order anything else without reading reviews first. This is marked off as money lost.
