“I was excited by the look of the clothes in the pictures and prices. My order of three tops came individually from three different locations, one overseas and two in America from different locations It took three to four months to receive the tops. I had given up hope by the time the first one had arrived three after I had ordered. Each top was poor quality material and sizing was much smaller than the size ordered should have been. I tried for a month to contact the customer service number listed to find out about returning the items. No answer! Ever! Gave up. This “business” should legally be OUT of business. This whole thing was a sham! I paid money, have nothing to show for it, and from these reviews, I see they are still getting away with this advertising and ripping people off.”
“I ordered some boots from this company and when they came they were really bad quality. I tried to send them back but no address for returns anywhere to be found (e mailed with no reply) so sent them to return address on packaging. They eventually sent an email to confirm they had been received but said that as I had returned them to the wrong address they could only refund half the price of the boots. This was back in January 2020 and I havent had any refund at all. Dont use this company they are a SCAM!”

“They advertised the dress as cotton/linen and in the photo it certainly looked like it was. After chasing my order for three months what was eventually sent was a horrible flimsy dress that was badly made and looked more like a nightie (see photo). They are now wanting me to pay to return it which I am obviously not going to do (and they know that). Do not buy anything from this company. They are taking your money under false pretences. Lesson learnt.”
“I order a size 8.5 shoe and received a size 7. They only offered me $11 credit towards my next order or said i could choose to buy the shoes again at 40% off. I still would have to pay for shipping and get no refund of the money I already spent!

“I placed an order for almost £200 in December 2018. I ended up returning it as clothes didn’t fit. It’s 18.4.2020 today and I still didn’t see any refund but they are happy to exchange emails with me keep blaming it to something and coming up with new excuses. This company practise is a joke, customer service is appalling. DO NOT ORDER FROM BERRYLOOK, this company is fraudulent. I learned hard way. They should be stopped trading ages ago.”
