“I see most reviews of this company are very negative but my experience of shopping with them was mostly positive. In the summer I ordered a pair of pink shoes with a wedge which looked gorgeous. I did get concerned when after several weeks they hadn't arrived so I sent an e mail stating I was unhappy about this and asked when I could expect them. I received a response that they were on their way and in fact they arrived a couple of days later. They matched the online image perfectly, are very well made and comfy on my feet. I also received several compliments about them and am very happy with them. The reason I was dipping into the reviews is that there are boots I am thinking of ordering and hope to have a similar positive experience.”

“Ordered 6 items 3rd December. 2 for Christmas gifts, 2 for parties. Should have shipped w/n 8 days max. Finally got one item on the 28th in the evening - too late for my event. It is disgustiny cheap, and wrongly identified coloured dress, so thin and SPARKLY (not mentioned in advert) totally unlike the picture - that I doubt I’ll ever wear it. Despite multiple emails asking where my things are and being told they’ve shipped, still not here 26 days later. I’m size 10-12 UK but ordered large. If not, I wouldn’t get into the dress. Shame, as design is actually nice. DO NOT buy from BerryLook as the adverts appear to be false representations. Wish I’d looked up these reviews before spending £100. Kate”

“I ordered a pair of boots. I wore them twice. While taking the boots off the heel separated from the boot. While the boots looked very nice and the material was not bad for a $39 pair of boots, I did not expect this to happen. I've asked to be able to exchange them for another pair. It took them about five days to respond to my email. They asked me to take a picture of the boots and took another 3 days to respond.They apologized and told me to return the boots. However, they did not give me a return address. The packaging does not have an address and the box that the boots came in was crushed on the sides. They were probably damages prior to my receiving them. I would be very cautious about ordering from this company.”
“I should have checked the reviews before I ordered. Definitely the clothes are nothing like the pictures. Cheap material and the sizes are way smaller than what the size chart says. Trying to return the items don't want any of them. Keep getting the run around. Based upon these reviews I will not get any of my money back. You would think PayPal would not do business with them but I guess they are in business to make money. Please Please do not order from them. You will be greatly disappointed and will not get your money back. They need to be shut down from doing business.”

“I ordered from the website, Berrylook and the clothes are not the true sizes they say. You can only get issues done by sending an e-mail. There is no number to call. I had to send back some clothes which were incorrectly sized. I kept a blouse and thank goodness it flared out wide enough for me to get in. Their 4X and 5X sizes would fit someone who’s in a size 14 or 16. Some of the clothes were so small, I could onlyt get my head through it. I was scared I would bust something if I had tried to squeeze in it. There was a return address on the envelope the clothes were shipped in which specifically said return address. Found out after so many e-mails had been sent and received, I sent items to the wrong address. I was told they were working on it. Said It takes time with so many order returns being handled. Since the clothes were sent to the wrong address, I would only get half of what I paid for the items.. Now, I know those clothes to Berrylook, because the return address which said return address on the shipping package had the name Berrylook on it. Plus, when something goes to the wrong address, it is sent back to the sender. I sent an e-mail back asking, "oh, so you will get these items back and resell them for the original price"? One agent told me they would give me a $36 refund for my inconvenience. Well, thank goodness I did not hold my breath for the refund. In other words, I did not get it. I sent so many e- mails and each time had a different agent responding. Instead of them reading the previous e-mails attached, they would constantly ask the same questions. I had to send copied receipts three different times through .e-mails. They had my blood pressure up until I started to send i-rate e-mails back, especially when repeated and dumb questions were being asked. All the invoice information should have been on their records, so why would I have to keep sending an attachment of what I ordered over and over again that they gave me.with my order. I request for a full refund 08-09-19 and received an e-mail advising me half of the amount was sent to my credit card on 11-19-19. The half credit posted on my card on 11-20-19. This is the only true and verified statement Berrylook had sent me.Don’t believe everything you read. Berrylook sent me this response verbatim in one of my previous e-mails. (Please do not worry about the refund and believe that we never scam customers as a credible company, we will definitely give your money back but we just need time.) Berrylook sent half of my money back and it took three months to do this”
“The company clothing do not hold truth to quality or size!!! I spent over $400.00 dollars with this company buying clothes and shoes. Gifts for family. Only the boots were the right size. The dresses aren't the sizes they stated for the USA. The coat ordered were also very small for the size stated. Why do this company do business with the USA if they are giving false hope? Advertising and company truths are not satisfactory. It usually take at least a couple of months to receive the package. It badly packaged also.”

I emailed my concerns and asked for my money back and instructions on how to return the items. The asked me to take pictures of the items and send to them which I did. They emailed me back saying they would give me a credit of $10 to use on their site and I could keep the items. Are you kidding me? I did not like what I received why would I order more? “My 3 blouses received were too small for me. As stated by others, the sizes Do Not run accurately according to western wear. There should be a very clear statement on their website!!! I tried to communicate with them about returning items and their response was not clear due to writing to people in China. Please Do Not purchase items with this company! The fabric is cheap and the size too small. Never was able to return blouses due to language barrier. There is no phone number to call them. Waste of money!”
