“Placed 2 orders and never received them. Emailed with no response. Finally got customer service number off google. Called them. They told me orders were cancelled since from
China. Told me they would refund me to go to my computer and they will talk me thru downloading a form. What they had me download was an app called team viewer (which by chance we use at work) to have a supervisor get into our computer at home if having a problem. Once I downloaded it. He asked me for ID number which enables him access to my computer. Told him he is not getting my ID number. He got very angry with me. Said he was going to call the police because I told him he was a scam. He hung up on me. Never ever use this site berrylook”
“First of all I order some crystal rhinestone gym shoes on January the 31 st.... and in February I got an email telling due to high volume the gym shoes would be delayed so I called the federal trade commission and today I got the gym shoes in the mail and they are glitter gym shoes not crystal rhinestones..... glitter is all over the floor coming of the gym shoes please don’t do business with them they are a scam and poor business people... and their website is a big fake.”

Last July I purchased four items which arrived a few weeks later, all pure thrash , the worst rubbish ever, all far too small as well. I returned them immediately and so far 9 months later they haven't refunded me. My Order No = E1221423 cost was = €67.68 and return postage cost me €19 Total expense = €86.68 But not to worry I will continue to review them sending warning messages out to everyone until my money is refunded. “This place is a scam. I purchased a long sleeve floor length v-neck white maxi dress, and received a blue striped knee high t-shirt dress. Not to mention I paid for 3-5 day shipping, and received it in over two weeks. When I addressed this issue with customer service their resolution was to offer me at first a $12 voucher (the purchase cost about $65 by the end of it all). When I responded saying that is unacceptable they then offered a $9 refund. Again, unacceptable. They finally said if I send it back and pay for shipping they will refund me the dress (not the express shipping that was a total lie) so long as the dress was not worn... the condition the dress came in was awful, it was quite wrinkly, so who knows what their discerning eyes will decide if it does go back in the exact same condition - will the fact that it is the wrong dress factor in? So many reasons why they can decide not to refund, and all were out of my control. Anyhow, I learned this lesson the hard way, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, it is a scam, they will send you garbage that is not even in the same universe as what you see online, and make it impossible to get a refund.”

They said they had paused my order and was waiting for me to respond, which I have done several times. The last email was telling them to just send the merch, but still no response. “Berrylook is a poor scam. DO NOT SHOP HERE! I ordered goods worth $78.52 dollars a month ago and have not received it yet, so I found this contact number, 845-481-1333, from another scammed customer’s review. I contacted them and the salesperson attributed the delay to coronavirus. So, I requested for a refund and he directed me to another website to fill out personal information including my social security number. My son stopped me in this process and told me to contact my bank instead. The salesperson is a real conman as he also lured me by telling me to add $20 to my balance. I received my money from the bank but unfortunately, my lab top has refused to work since then. He has succeeded to introduce a virus in my lab top and ruined it in the process. Beware!”
“We bought a plain collarless coat, when received, the size did not represent. U.k. sizes, we e,mailed. The company and after another 5. E,mails we sent the coat back to the address on the package and we are still waiting for them to re emburse. Our money. The quality of their after sales service is diabolicle .
