“Super fast delivery on special request.. great quality and such a lovely gift to give. my only suggestion would be if you could pre-select the shape of the gift tag that would be nice, and also with the map, if there was an option to zoom in closer to a town - I would have loved that as opposed to just the county's. nonetheless, very happy with my gift and will be using again as often as I can!”

“Another lovely picture. We already have two and adore them so much we bought one for a friend as a birthday present. I would have given 5 stars, but unfortunately the item arrived damaged in the post, as it was a gift we didn't have time to get it exchanged (I'm sure bertie and jack would have replaced it) Bertie and Jack, please consider better packaging for these beautiful items!”

“I ordered on the Sunday it arrived perfectly packaged on the Wednesday exactly at the time the tracking indicated. Having visited my Sons house that Sunday I fell in love with his 'Bertie and Jack' and ordered my own whilst there, they are beautiful with so many to choose from”

“I had asked for a special order of always forever with a map of Paris behind the cut out. It was delivered just before valentines and looked fantastic very help, it made my wife cry in a good way 😀😀😀😀”

“Wallart arrived promptly - ordered Sunday, prepared Monday, safely arrived Tuesday. Personal message in corner of piece and a cut out penguin with a message of who it was from. So excellent service - and we really like the artwork (our second piece!)”
