“We bought our first piece from the Stall in Bath, now just ordered another to go with it from the website and they were so helpful to match the two together with frames, backgrounds and look. Now they up together they look amazing. Thank you”

“I have bought a few mini pictures from the farm range for my niece and nephew as Christmas presents and they are just perfect. Very original designs and lovely quality. Would be great to have a few other designs such as cars/tractors/owls (something a bit more for boys!). Thanks!”

Our design team are constantly creating new designs and love hearing from customers about what they would like to see Bertie & Jack producing next. “Purchased Always and Forever for friend for her wedding. Member of staff was very helpful before purchase- was able to get a gift box included for my unframed artwork, as I was sending the gift abroad. Very speedy service- order came within a week. Lovely personalised gift- my friend seemed to like it. Should be gracing the walls of a Canadian apartment very soon. Thanks so much for all your help. Would recommend to anyone. :)”

“I came across the Bertie & Jack stall at Bath Christmas market last year and it stayed in my mind. I found the perfect design for my niece and her boyfriend's Christmas gift for this year. I had a query so made contact and received a very prompt reply from Ellen. She could not have been more helpful. I placed the order and am absolutely delighted; the choice of cut-outs and backgrounds ensured a perfectly personalised gift. The parcel was well packaged and arrived quickly. “I bought two prints a few weeks ago when in bath with my sister, one for me, and one as a Christmas present. I was served by Emma who was very happy, very chatty, and seemed to know what I wanted, and helped me make them just right! I am very happy with my purchases, and will be sure to buy more in the future! The cut outs are very well designed, and with the personalized designs in the pictures, they make them special and unique. Thanks again for your brilliant customer service and fantastic quality products!”

“I bought two of these, hand made in front of me yesterday at your stall in Bath. I was served by Emma who was a warm, bubbly lady who completely understood what I was looking for and helped me spell a name I wasn't too sure about! I had them framed there and then, Emma happily advised me on which frame she felt suited each picture best and helped title them too. An absolutely fantastic and unique Christmas present and I will be buying more in the future!”
