“This is my third Bertie and Jack picture. Great range of different backgrounds on the website and very happy with the finished products. I saw the note on the website about the frames now being different and was subsequently provided with two new frames for my older purchases for £10 so that I could line them up. I think the service is very good and I loved the spotty box my picture came in!”

“A few months ago I bought four of these wonderful framed pictures from you at your stall in Bath. Having now given them all away I cannot tell you how many wonderful comments they have bought! Today I've come back here to order yet another for a very dear friend who has just had their first child who I know will become another happy recipient.”

“Love it! It's really gorgeous and great quality. The customer services team were really friendly and helpful with my email queries and I was able to request a change to the colour of the heart. These make fab gifts - I'll definitely be back for more!”

“Extremely helpful staff and responded quickly and professionally to my enquiry about adding a personal message. Would be nice to have options for different frames. The ones I purchased form the stall in bath were wider and I think nicer that the thinner ones now. Would have liked an option of width. I Love this company and their products, would highly recommend to others. More rabbits please!!!! Would also love it you could do a collaboration with Belle and Boo, would love one of those!!!!!”

Hi Fran, Thanks for your lovely review - it really means a lot to us. I'm afraid that our original frame supplier, sadly, went out of business which is why we moved to the slimmer frames. Our frames are still made here in the UK though, something that is very important to us. Thanks also for your collaboration and design suggestions - we'll definitely give these some thought!
