It’s May 25th 2020 (Memorial Day) and Best Buy is only allowing customers in by appointment only. The state of Texas has been open for nearly a month now and this corporation has drank the radical left kool aid in regards to COVID-19. Even the CDC says on their site the chance of having any type of actual symptoms if you catch COVID-19 is less that 1.5% and the death rate for COCID-19 is 0.03% (that is 1/3 of 1% chance of dying). I will never step foot inside another Best Buy for as long as I live, you have lost me as a customer forever.

Thanks you mark (called himself manager) @ sawgrass, kick us out from our scheduled appointment. ( Rude & nasty). We when over to office depot and found on sale Lenovo laptop, got a sweet deal AMD ryzen 7 4700h, 8 gig ram, SSD 250 gig. $ 569.. 15.6 screen Power to the people

I ordered a accessory for my Xbox system, it supposed to be ready at the store on May 22, yet it will take 4 more days. Besides, I bough an insurance for Apple AirPod Pro (the seller and customer service told me that it covers damage and lost), which only works for damage. I contacted customer service, but nothing happened.

We ordered and paid for a TV, they took the money from the account, we waited a month and then they said they were going to refund our money because they have no more of the TV's that they sold us. No suggestion to sell us anything else just we will refund you card in 10-15 days

So confusing - first I ordered office supplies - the printer toner came from Best Buy and the other supplies from "Marketplace" whatever that is. No issues with the toner - "Marketplace" incredibly expensive shipping - convoluted ordering - who am I ordering from? I had an issue with the "Marketplace" order. Tried to chat - 4 hour wait. Finally just sent an email to the email address on the Best Buy site - only to get an email back four days later from Best Buy saying basically "not their problem contact seller"! Would love to, but who is that? I ordered through Best Buy are you not responsible?.......Oh my....NEVER EVER again will I order online from Best Buy. The worst EVER!

Geek squad phone computer service? Service? I use that term lightly. They do some serious ass-kissing on the phone and it's been 3 nights and at least 3 hours of waiting for them to call or sitting on the phone waiting for the Geek to set up my remote viewing. Nothing??? Third night in row. Wow! They know how to fix it now. "It's an HP problem and we'll get right in there. HP is writing a new update to deal with the problem?" This issue is making my computer unusable, and the computer fan is running for 6 or 7 hours at a time waiting for the geek to get in there and fix it. Duh! I'm just about done with these guys. They've fixed some things in the past, but this is ridiculous. Wish I had something nice to say. Will be looking for a new computer soon at a different store.

HOW GEEK SQUAD RIPS YOU OFF!!!! I bought a phone from Best Buy, got the Geek Squad warranty, paying month to month for the warranty. 2 years goes by and I crack the screen on said phone. I call Geek Squad for a warranty claim and was advised they'd fix the phone, for a $210.00 fee!!!!! I've been paying $20 a month for 2 years (nearly $500.00 total) and they want to charge me almost the full cost of the repair as a service fee. Uhm, what's wrong with this picture? The cost for the repair at a shop is barely $300. Apparently, in the fine print, the warrant only covers repairs for free for the first year, after that there's a major service fee. What a joke. Don't get any kind of warranty through Geek Squad!!! Best Buy should drop Geek Squad all together.

Bought a Display Samsung Dryer,Used it 3 days and now won't hear or drum won't turn.Told to call Samsung service...Took 4 days to get assigned repair company,and instead of 2 days to come out now it will be 15 more days.. Seems like a long time when you only had dryer for couple days..Price was awsome with extra 40% off ,but not sure if worth the hassle. Sale people I talked where no help at store, Bridge water Falls Fairfield township.

BEWARE GIFT CARDS!!! purchased a BestBuy gift card and I purchased your Best Buy online store. Gift card redeemed and transaction failed. Customer care doesn’t know and no one is refunding money for last few days now. It’s says online that gift card refunds in 30 min.Please sort

Awful customer service. Ordered online and shipment hadn’t moved. Date scheduled for pickup still nothing. Called and now the item is out of stock. Was told to wait and if they didn’t get it in stock soon purchase would fall off. Why even charge a customer for an item not in stock and furthermore not notify them to these changes. Bad business practices. I would have never applied for their credit had I known how they operate!

Ordered a microwave, refrigerator and stove from best buy after spending 1hr researching the sizes that would fit and who could deliver within a week. Best Buy said yep we can deliver by May 12th. Confirmed with the s scheduling girl , got a confirmation email and all is good. Then after driving 2hrs back from the lake to meet the delivery guys the next day they send me a text that it's being delivered on may 29th??? After being on hold for 1hr 53mins the customer service girl says we are so sorry but those item won't ship to us till then.. You mean you said over and over you could deliver by the 12th and you didnt even have them??? Never will I but from Best Buy. That was the last straw. Horrible customer service hold times Horrible business practice.

55” TV that I bought less than a year ago stop working out of the blue. I called and have my 2 year warranty on it. Two Wednesday’s age said they weren’t doing in home visits. But they were starting and too call back Monday. I call back and get told I was lied to. Then told to call the manufacturer who said they could not fix it until further notice. Then I call back and a lady from geek squad says I was lied to and can make an appointment for I home visits. I get directed again to customer support and get told I can have an appointment set up for that Saturday. Friday night I receive a call saying my parts for me TV were somehow cancelled. The man said he would come as soon as my parts arrived and that would be mid week. Well here we are another week of waiting and have heard nothing. Over 4hours of phone calls,lies, and no service or help. Completely disorganized and not worth purchasing for this kind of hassle.

Made a call for a support at 11.00 AM and got a reply that they will get back with in 1 hour 10 minutes. I got the call after at 10.10 Pm (11 hours after placing a request), and it was an automated call saying it was their outside their normal business hours...F***** off BEST BUY...no more your customer

Awful customer service! I ordered a treadmill, they said they wouldn't help me bring it up the stairs to my apartment, I basically called to see if I can pay extra to get any help but the lady on the other line interrupted me and said in a rude tone, it says it right on the website that we don't deliver unless you have elevator", I'm saying, I understand, I'm asking you if there are other options, she again says: you have to figure it out, it says so on the website. She then hung up after I asked her what kind of customer service is this?! Incredible. That's after they also hung up on me during the rating call. If you don't care about customer service, why even ask people to rate it?! I understand the situation with COVID-19 at the moment but honestly, this was just beyond rude and disappointing! Why am I paying you money?!

Use Amazon instead of Bestbuy. I went to buy a sound bar during the Corona Virus pandemic, April 28. I was stopped at the parking lot and asked what I want. I said a sound bar. I moved on to the next line where I was asked for my name, phone number, and they listed my car description, and asked me to park, and someone from Bestbuy would call my cell. For some reason my cell phone would ring 2 times and the line would disconnect. Someone walks out, I knew they were looking for me, so I approached them. They wanted me to add Best Buy to my contacts, he walked back to do another test. It failed again. Never did they say sir come in and tell us what you want. Or tell us what you want and we will bring it out. I got tried of the incompetence of this sale crew. I will just order it online via amazon.

We ordered an oven and cooktop on 2/12/20. The oven had to be backordered, okay. Our install was scheduled for 3/21 and then rescheduled for 4/6. Then COVID happened and we were rescheduled for 5/6, understandable. We got a call on 4/21 saying that installations were starting back up and we could get ours the morning of 4/24. AWESOME! We got a call at 7 am on 4/24 saying our oven was not there, but we could still get the cooktop installed. NO, we want them installed at the same time since the new cooktop would have to be uninstalled to install the oven and vice versa. My husband spent over 5 hours on the phone trying to find out where the oven is and reschedule installation on both. He spoke to 2 different "supervisors" and was "disconnected" both times, with nothing resolved. We've been misled and flat out lied to! WORST customer service we've ever had the displeasure of receiving. We get the impression that once BB has your money (over $3500 in our case), they stop caring.
