“This agency is a fraud. They will tell you a price and tell you they sold you a ticket and after they take the payment, they will tell you they are going to call the airline to see if they have available seats. In other words; they take your money and then they are going to try to find you a flight. Then, they will tell you that some was not done right and you have to pay more> Not more but a lot more! They came to me with "YOU HAVE TO PAY 500 DOLLARS MORE" Shameless thieves. DO NOT do business with this agency!.. I was luck that my payment was not process yet and was able to cancel my card, order a new one. They will try to spin things around and talk to you like you are an idiot. Stay away! THIEVES. Low life THIEVES.”

“The worst experience of my life. They are dishonest, thieves. You buy the ticket and then they tell you that you do not have the right to suitcases and if you are accompanied they seat you separately. They are thieves and no one takes them off the market. They are not legit!”

“This Company is HORRIBLE, I called this morning and they are EXTREMELY IGORNANT, I booked a reservation LAST NIGHT and it was not confirmed yet, and when I called this morning to cancel my flight, they noted I WILL BE CHARGED ON MY CREDIT CARD, DO NOT BOOK ...THIS IS A SCAM....”

“Exactly the same with me Scam!! You have 10 minutes to put all your info in to buy the ticket. Then they call you the next day and try to upsell you more and say the ticket you bought doesn’t come with luggage - not even the option to buy luggage at the airport. They are thieves. Absolutely horrible!!!!!!”

“I found a link to this company to purchase tickets through Google Flights. I booked a flight to another country to attend a funeral. The price listed was around $2,500. They called me to confirm but told me that I couldn’t bring a carry-on, but if I wanted to, I would need to pay extra at the airport. I asked to cancel many times, and they said that I could not cancel because if I did, that wouldn’t be refundable, and I would need to pay $500 extra. While on the phone, I went online and canceled my bank card immediately. I hang up and call the bank right away to make sure that nothing was pending on that card and that card was locked and it was. These people are scammers. Hung up the phone and call your bank immediately!”

“SCAM! I booked ticket yesterday and they called me today and saying the air ticket was not included any luggage if I want add luggage I would need to pay extra $400 more. I told them either issue the ticket or cancel the reservation. I will have to call my credit card company to cancel this reservation since it has not confirmed the reservation yet.”

“Purchased tickets at a set price in April of 2021 and then after paying that price was contacted at a later date stating those particular tickets were no longer available and that we needed to pay an additional amount. We did so and then due to covid we were not able to make the trip to Hawaii. We contacted Best Airfares and they stated we needed to pay an additional $100 per ticket to cancel (which we purchased 9) so a total of $900 additionally and that they would refund a portion of our money and we would then have a credit for flights at a later time that had to be used within 24 months. I called for use of said credit in Feb 2023 and they stated I only had one year to use it, which is totally incorrect as I write everything down and I have notes on all conversations. This company is a scam!”

“-10 . Horrible. I honestly think that the positive reviews are fake. My experience was EXACTLY like the other negative reviews. The calling with original tickets not available then twice more expensive options. Every single time I called they would say they would call back and NEVER followed through. Avoid the hassle and frustration and don't bother using this company. .”

“RUN FOR YOUR LIFE...... If it was possible to give a -10, I would. This company is a complete SCAM!!! The night before my flight, I kept wondering why I wasn't getting a text to "check in" so I called United. United cancelled my tickets and I find out about it at 9 pm the evening before my morning flight. This was a work trip I HAD to go on leaving 11/26/22. So, after two hours of fighting with United, they rebooked me at the same rate I paid this crappy company, "Best Airfares." Oh, and by the way, United told me that this is actually a travel agency known as "Easy Peasy Travel" - https://easypeasytravels.com/ - dear God, don't ever use them. They never told me that they were a travel agency. They sent the money to United for my tickets, and now United won't give me my money back after multiple attempts. I was told to simply "fill out a refund form online but that my tickets were non-refundable and non-transferable and that it likely wouldn't happen. This despicable company charged me $389 for their "fee." A few days after booking my ticket, the person I spoke to on the phone was texting me asking for me to send her a good review because her boss needed it to give her a promotion. She practically begged me. I knew that then that something was amiss and that's when I started digging into this company but was assured that my tickets were legit and I did have a valid confirmation number - I checked. After which point, United saw them as a scam and that is why they cancelled my tickets. What a NIGHTMARE. Just book on Google Flights from now on, pay the money and you won't have any trouble. Never again. That was $400 down the drain.”

“Watch out!! They are Scammers!! They promise me 4 tickets for a very reasonable price. I paid for them and immediately after I completed the sale, entering all my personal, private and credit card information, they sent me an email saying my ticket was processing. 2 seconds after that my phone rang and there they were saying that the tickets was sold out, however they were offering me an option to upgrade for an extra $2,000!!! Unbelievable!!!! I would NEVER have entered my information if I knew they didn't have the tickets for that price. I tried to talk to the manager and he told me that their system can't keep up with the overload of sales and it takes a while to update the system. And that he was doing me a favor by offering a discounted ticket to me. WOW!! As if as he was doing me a favor!!!! The supervisor treated me with no respect and I don't wish that to anybody! He talked over me and hung up on my face! He said his name is Allen Bott.”
