Alright ! I find the approach to clients UNACCEPTABLE, and unbelievably unprofessional !
I've placed an order on the 09/02/22, practically 1 1/5 month ago. The parcel NEVER reached my delivery address, rather, it returned to the BestSecret Warehouse, as I was -later- informed by one of many CS agents, following EMAILS that I had to send, in order to follow-up on the ordered items.
While asking for a refund of funds with immediate effect, and while I was told that returned parcels cannot be re-sent to me (in CY), my case was forwarded 'for investigation' !!
Following an official Complaint from my side, and after 5 business days, I still did not receive a follow-up confirmation OR reply !!

“Iām currently living in Germany and delivery times are between 2-4 days. I put my Christmas gift order on the 18th (at 2am which means it could be processed on the same day) and of course it didnāt arrive on Christmas. When contacted they said: we have a lot of work so be patient. Sorry but such an answer is unacceptable in all of the other industries. After 10 days since placing the order I write to them saying it still didnāt arrive, and their answer? They answer the next day that it was successfully delivered on the 29th of December. Well, the package is still not here. Worst customer service ever! Not going to bother to buy again having Zalando or Amazon as options.”

The item was sent to wrong address, service worker at first said that my money will be refunded.
After that other worker said, that the item is sent back to shop, there is no quality problems and i will not get my money back. I EVEN DID NOT SEE MY ITEM”
“Not sure what is going on with this company but after few week of using their shop, me and my friend`s credit cards were blocked for unknown reason. Our account is still operational but none of us is able to buy anything anymore. We contacted their support and after they suggested some basic solutions like cleaning cache and uninstalling mobile app nothing helped. Bestsecret support is still not able to figure out what happened. After 1 month we are still not able to use our cards ONLY through Bestsecret. Our cards normally function at aboutyou and Zalando store.”
“The worst experience ever, I will never recommend them to my family and friends. I ordered 3 times the same football kit and received it 3 times in a wrong size.
1st I placed an order on the 4th of October in a size 146/152cm and it came on the 11th of October in a size 110/116cm, way smaller then my son. I sent a complaint, I returned the item on the 12th of October for a full refund (today is 28th and I havenāt received any cent), however they compansated me with a 10ā¬ voucher as an apology gift, which was nice.
2nd I reordered the same item at my cost in a slighly bigger size as the size I wanted wasnāt available anymore, I paid the same amount and placed the order in a size 152/158cm on the 13th of October, received the item on the 19th of October in a size 116/122cm, completley shocked I complained again, I returned the order on the 20th of October, I contacted Best Secret in relation with this issue once again, they replied to me and compansated my account with other 10ā¬ for the inconvenience created, I used both vouchers plus the difference and reordered the 3rd item at my cost once again (did not received the funds ever since, however I returned for a full refund). Before placing the 2nd order, I emailed them in confirming that I will receive the vouchers back if the item is sent in a wrong size once again, they promised that will be returned, however this is a lie, because I was now told that I will get the vouchers back only if I return the item and reordered it once again, which I am not going to pay once again as the upholding already my money for the first two orderes. Such a lack of proffesionalism, a total waste of time, their stock is a mess, the employees are not even checking what they are sending, the customer service ignores your emails, worst experience ever.

“I order a good from this online store on 4-th October this year. Normally for my country they said the goods arrive at the Client between 4-8 days. After 8 days passed I wrote them to ask what happened with my Order? After a lot of emails they answer me and sais that will give me money back with their first payment. This email was wrote on 15.10.2021.Today it is.21.10.2021 and I received nothing! I wrote them everyday starting with 16.10.2021 but they avoid me and of course they don't answer to my emails! This company avoid their Clients problems/issues, but they want you to pay before the goods arrived at the CLIENT! For me it is enough and my advice is just one: DO NOT BUY FROM BEST SECRETS! P.S. I will contact Authorities from their country to receive some answers regarding this company!”
“They are scam! Please stay away from them. Your orders will never arrive as well as they will block your account if you give them back review for their bad services. My honest opinion is to avoid this site.
They blocked my account after I referred 4 people and never paid me for the people I referred. And my order took 3 months to arrive and it was the wrong size. They are scammmm. After 3 months they asked me to go for post office and refuse to take the order so they give me refund. Like if I was working for them. Unprofessional, rude support agents. Stay away from them fellas.”
“Based on my experiences with best Secret website I have to advise all customers and friends not to deal or buy from best secret website because this is a fake company that only sells illusions and words. Every time I called they in regards to my order they give me fake promises.
When I asked them about my first order they said post servis returned to them because the label was damaged and was misdirected.
When I asked about my Second order they said

“I placed my order on 11.12.2020. Never got it. When I asked them where is my parcel they said post servis returned to them because it was "misdirected". Still didn't get my money back or my parcel. App says it takes 2-7 days for delivery to my country. Not only they offered me nothing for waiting so long, I didn't even get my money back. Good reviews are fake.”
“The shiping and service is the worst i have seen. I ordered a bag on the 1st of June, on the 2nd it had already shipped.it arrived in my country on the 11th. On the 12th, the tracking was showing that the carrier tried to deliver and informed me, but i was unreachable. I was however at home all day, and had no missed calls on my phone. Ever since then, i have contacted them and asked for a local tracking no (they use Post AT ro deliver, and Post AT works through its colaborators to deliver to specific countries). They were answering my emails and phone calls, but did nothing to help. EVERYDAY SINCE, i have contacted the local carrier, Post AT (no answer to several mails) and bestsecret to tell them i am not being contacted and to try to get the correct tracking number so that i can even pickup the parcel myself. To no avail. They said they are contacting Post AT at one point. The local carrier could not find me by name or by address in their system. I will to tell the full story here, but know that EVERYDAY SINCE THE 11 UNTILL THE 18 OF JUNE i tried to get my parcel delivered. Then i see the status changed and that my parcel is being returned to them because i was not reachable. You could imagine i flipped. Sent an email (5th email to best secret, 2 calls as well), and they tell me that the carrier is returning the parcel because i am not reachable!!! Can you imagine that...i was calling everyone all week to get my parcel delivered, never left home, asked them to check my address and my phonenumber twice, and i was not reachable. Furthermore, they tell me that the parcel cannot be sent again because i was not reachable, and that they will refund my money one month after the parcel reaches them. It s a scam to get your money, don t order from them.”
