A huge thank you to Mel who recently installed our fitted wardrobes. From texting to let us know he was our fitter and throughout all the installing he was simply the best. His work and fitting of the wardrobes is exemplary - all awkward corners fitted wonderfully well. Nothing we asked him was too much trouble and he made the whole experience stress free. We are very pleased with the quality of the wardrobes and just wish we had not waited so long to change them. we have been very pleased with Betta Liiving at every step of the way from our original purchasing, our very helpful surveyor, texts keeping us up to date with the orderand finally Mel. Hi I am very pleased with the purchase,quality of the wardrobes and the delivery and fitting service. Designer and Surveyor were very patient and understanding offered inputs but did not try and force us ( which is good). One downside we found was design and survey were each half days appointment. We have had few other design services visit us. The whole visit was not more than 1 hour. This was time consuming. Also we were told the wardrobes will be delivered and fitted in 4 weeks time. However it took 3 extra weeks for the wardrobes to be in place. Lead time for the wardrobe doors were not calculated properly (ours took apparently 10 days extra because of its kind) and we were not informed until I called closer to 3 weeks time. But this will not put us off from referring or buying from Betta again. Thanks

I found Betta Living via a quick Google search for fitted furniture. My impression was that generally fitted furniture is expensive, and my aim was to get a few quotes from different companies. However, when John (sales) came to visit us it was very straight forward. Everything was priced within my budget, and we were told we could have it fitted the following month! I was happy already. Next came the planning stage with Phil (surveyor). Aside from the poor chap being here for around 7 hours, it was all pretty straight forward. He ensured that everything would fit perfectly and according to my requirements, he also confirmed everything I had chosen with John was still my choice (which it was). He then left and I awaited contact for fitting confirmation. This came approx 2 weeks later, and then Pete (fitter) arrived for 5 days. He worked tirelessly and neatly to get everything in place to perfection. I now have 3 beautiful rooms! I can't recommend this company highly enough. Everyone I dealt with was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Even the delivery lads (who are contractors) were lovely! Don't bother with the other companies, this is the team to deal with! The furniture is beautiful quality too and will certainly last a long time.

My builder who was installing the units has told me they are poor quality with a light laquer which chips easily. They didn't stick to appointed delivery schedule. They sent far too much product such as skirting, plinths etc which we were no doubt charged for. One door was the wrong size. Its hopeless trying to call them as they pass you around the company from pillar to post and are not the most generally friendly anyways.

I have just purchased a kitchen from betta living. The salesman came and all was fine. Four hours later the deal was done. A few days later we had the surveyor around. All was going well until he mentioned a couple of things the salesman had left out. The kitchen is now costing me an extra £6/700. I guess I could have cancelled but I did not want to go through it all again,especially as I had travelled from south London to wiltshire to deal with it. I just wondered if I should complain or is my situation typical?

We've ordered furniture for 2 rooms from Betta Living. There were a few small hitches during the installation, but nothing major. However, when we thought about changing the bedside cabinets (previous ones were too small and had no drawers) the quote we got from Betta Living, even after discounts was very high. For this reason I think the after sales support is quite poor as is the respect for their customers.

Whitley 68879 and Ken & Tommy hi this is the 2nd bedroom we have had done with this company the service is is excellent !! We requested the same fitters as before with Ken x Tommy as they were a pleasure to have in our home ! Every step of the way they asked us how we wanted things and couldn't please us enough I no this is a considered perchase but the workmenship of the units and handles and light fittments are wot u pay for and the expert jobs of the fitters make it unique!!! Yes u can go to Argos or bedroom wardrobe shops ! But there's no conparison!!! U get what u pay for ! I've notice that the bedrooms are a lot warmer!! And u have a garentee if u have any problems they will be there every step of the way !!! How many fitters would stay till late to get the work done and ask if it ok to start early in the nexed morning !!! And get there and start straight away !! And do an excellent job! If u have any doubt u don't need to ! Can contact me at any time !!! Mr x Mrs Whitley

We were promised the kitchen will be ready before Christmas in 2015 and finished completely on 29th Jan 2016. The logistics was appalling but the construction was very prompt and will not recommends any one to Bettaliving Kitchen. I have written a report of the activities and will submit to the CEO of Betta living and he should take the steps to improve.

There are pros and cons to the kitchen service. 1- The sales person was reasonable but took some time 2 - You then pay separately pay for a person to do a survey 3- You then pay the fitters separately, who found that the survey hadn't picked up on some basic points 4- The fitters did a good job of fitting the kitchen 5 - Some parts are missing and a month later we are still waiting. 6 - When they speak to me they say the parts are coming directly from their supplier but they never do VERY POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE THEREFORE

The fitter, Ste. Walkden, was superb, from start to finish. Such a grafter, should have been two fitters for the duration, however, due to sickness, Ste ended up doing the job on his own. I can't praise the guy enough, working up to 10 hours a day, plus travelling a further three hours return. Even at 7.00 p.m. yesterday, he took the time to explain everything about appliances, electrics etc. He then was travelling to another customer to do some additional electric work for them, as they would be out of the country from today. Unbelievable customer service. From initial sales visit to finish was superb. Would recommend to anyone. Very professional. Joe Cullen ????

From the time the surveyor arrived and we made the plans for our bedroom the process was seamless. The fitters were very professional and left the room clean and tidy. The finish is superb. We are delighted with the whole process and would recommend to anyone thinking of installing a new fitted bedroom.

Great furniture, fitter was exceptional love the new bedroom, will definitely go back to them as this is the 2nd time we have used them. Very good prices and the option of finance with no interest

I contacted betta living for a kitchen brochure and ticked the box on thier website to say I did not want a call about design service. the brochure arrived around the same day as my father had heart attack and so when they called me a few days later I asked them not to call as I wanted to keep the line free for the hospital which they agreed. in the days that followed they rang every day and one day received 10 phone calls which borders on harassment. not an ethical company.

As with our Betta Living kitchen our bedroom was delivered on time and complet and undamaged. The men delivering were considerate wiping their feet every time they came in and there were a lot of heavy items. The fitter arrived on the day agreed at 8am and worked until 7pm it took 2 days to complete as we were told at the beginning and it looks beautiful. We would recommend Betta Living to anyone wanting a good product and good customer service.

Excellent service throughout. Great communication throughout. The fitters were real grafters, very polite, tidied up after themselves, very professional. All in all from beginning to end I cannot find fault.
