From The design visit to the completion of the Fitted wardrobes I cannot speak highly enough of staff we encountered with Betta Living. All were throughly professional and friendly. I feel I must mention the Fitter of the wardrobes and sideboard a Mr Darran Boak as his work was nothing more than Excellent. He was quick and tidy and the finished product installed by him was exceptional. We would not hesitate to recommend Betta Living to anybody.

Cannot fault the customer service from start to finish it was outstanding,no hard sell, very knowledgeable salesman (Daryle) and there always someone to answer a question when needed, we were kept fully updated with progress. Tammy in the administration team deserves a mention in that she delivered all that she said she would and nothing was too much trouble. Installation team were great and worked extremely hard , a job well done. I would certainly recommend your company.

We had bedroom furniture fitted and are very pleased with the result. Everything was completed within timescale and the quality of the furniture is excellent. The fitters Bob & Brett did a great job of the fitting. My only complaint is that you are left to clear all the excess materials and waste. My local tip would accommodate all the waste however, I had to spend time separating screws, metal fittings, plastic and sawdust which were all mixed together in several very large cardboard boxes. It was messy, as everything had to tipped onto the bedroom floor, creating a lot of dust. Tip:- please put the sawdust into a separate plastic bag and not all over the other waste. This would have also saved me having to vacuum my car after disposing of the waste. I've still given a 5 star review because I have been very happy with the service received and all the people involved in the process.

This is second time used Betta Living for bedroom's. Received excellent service first time and again second time from beginning to end. Would definitely recommend

We ordered a kitchen but felt very pressurised into it the guy came to our home he said he be a max of 2 hours however was there for 5!! There wasnt much of a selection compared to other companies. There was no CAD drawing you basically got some scribble on a bit of paper. we were pressurised to pay a deposit up front otherwise we wouldnt get the discount and we told the deposit was refundable it's been over 2 weeks we still haven't received it even after many calls and emails to head office they said it's down to the store and they don't respondo to emails for us or their head office - Avoid at all cost!!!

Great looking kitchen couple of chips on two of the doors one thing I will say I am not happy about is having to get rid of whole kitchen worth of cardboard boxes as they do not take it away with them fitters were excellent overall good service but few things could make it a great service

Betta living is a classic case of a company that once they have your money,there interest in you vanishes. I had an installation date of 8th December,a tuesday ,i was told it will take 2 days so i booked time off work. They rang me Monday evening to tell me its not going to happen as there fitter was ill and it will be Thursday,obviously annoyed,Thursday came same call,it will be Friday,Friday came same thing,it will be Saturday. Like i said,once i paid up they showed no interest. Fitters turned up to discover that several items were delivered that was someone elses kitchen ? I rang betta living and a driver turned up and took a couple of the items,not all of them ? Kitchen was installed over the weekend and was finished on monday,so it took 3 days. Tuesday morning sink was leaking,rang the fitter,he came and told me he fixed it,Wednesday morning sink still leaking,fitter came back put a new part on,all good no more leaks. I have rang betta living kitchens 5,yes 5 times to inform them i still have 5 pieces of someone elses kitchen in my shed,there reply was a driver would collect,nothing happened. Its 2 months since i had this kitchen done and i still have these kitchen parts in my shed,after many call and false promises,nothing ! Like i said once youve paid up the quality of the service and there interest vanishes,not a happy man ! .

Very thorough from start to finish. Designer and surveyor spent hours with us going through everything to make sure it was right for us. We wanted our 2 bedrooms doing very quickly as we have our second child on the way and needed everything done to be able to get ready for their arrival next month. Andy our designer put us down as an ASAP and advised it would all be done within 4 weeks, and it took about 3 weeks from having the survey done to having the furniture delivered so was well in time. All staff we've dealt with over the process have been very friendly and helpful and kept us up to date. Very happy with the service and the furniture looks brilliant, just what we wanted. Wouldn't hesitate to use betta living again and we will certainly be recommending to friends & family. Thank you betta living!

I have a kitchen that wasn't designed or what I paid for! Surveyor got so many things wrong. Couldn't have the extractor fan that was designed due to its size. Because of this the unit had to be extended by 200mm to fit a work top fan. This extra 200mm means that we can not now have the planned breakfast bar due to a door. Bins planned for under a he sin, didn't fit the surveyor forgot about the waste pipes under the sink! Cutlery draw fitted with a plastic tray not the wood and metal one that was planned. I am now waiting for a response from the fitting company with regards to recompense due to miss selling.

Great company to deal from start to finish would recommend better living as product design and finishing touches are just out of this world they have transformed my home wow would buy of them again

The wardrobes are great but the service wasn't. 1. First appointment no one turned up and no one let us know. 2. Overcharged until we questioned the price! 3. Took a week for anyone to get back in touch once the new price was agreed with the new finance agreement. 4. Johnsthon the guy who designed the wardrobes contacted me twice wanting a picture of our signatures on the paperwork so he could claim his expenses - 2nd contact was late at night. Most unprofessional. 5. Have asked for name of who to contact to make complaint - 2nd time requested and no one has got back to us. Very disappointed with betta living!!!! Would not recommend due to customer service approach.

From initial visit to completion we were very satisfied with the work and efficiency. The fitters were very attentive to detail and made sure of high quality. We were not aware of how disruptive the fitting days were to be and due to limited space (2bedrooms being fitted) we spent 2 nights away. But the results are superb

Friendly service through out the process making the overall project easy to manage . Would be an advantage if BLoffered other trades such as plastering & electrical support . Problem with the extractor as didn't work but I've been quickly reassured I will receive a replacement to be fitted . Fitter very competent Thanks !
