Good quality product, service and installation. Only minor point was the bedside drinks tray was a plain piece of plywood which did not match the units and spoilt things slightly (we have seen others where the wood finish matched !)

We are very pleased with both the design and the fitting of our kitchen. However removing the old wall tiles just before the fitters arrived was our mistake as we damaged the wall surface, fortunately the fitting team had experienced this before and we managed to find a plasterer promptly. We are still waiting to have a couple of wall cupboard doors adjusted, it would seem we are now very low priority.

Dear Betta Living, I am sorry to say I am not very happy with the service I have received from you. Firstly the sales representative - Carole, whilst polite and friendly, did take over four hours to complete all details; this was time I had not expected to use. Secondly I was told I had to clear my bedroom ready for installation. As I am a single woman this has given me additional heavy work to do which I had not expected to have to do. Thirdly the sales representative explained that the carpet would have to be taken out and the picture rail taken off. I was surprised by this information and decided this must be a mistake so left it all intact. Fourthly the notification of delivery for the units due on Monday morning came at 3.05 p.m. on Friday 24th January, this was not enough notice for me to contact the delivery team to confirm I could receive delivery as I am at work until after office hours. The message left on my phone was not easy to hear and I had to dial 1471 to get the number – I suggest you ask staff to leave messages more slowly for customers to be able to hear what is said. I called on Saturday but no one works there on Saturday. To receive delivery meant taking more time off work. Furthermore on delivery it was discovered that a length of cornice was broken. This showed me that the product your sales representative told me about was not as strong as she had described. As I had not had time to empty my room the product was stored in my garage. Fifthly when the fitter arrived, with the above issue this meant that, on his own, he had to take all the parts up stairs by himself, taking time away from fitting the wardrobes. Parts delivered included a pallet which will now need removing; the fitter was surprised to see this and was surprised to see the parts had not been separated from the pallet. As the fitter was sorting the parts a length of something fell from a height of 18 inches and broke – this also showed me the strength of the product is not what was described to me. The fitter has been very polite and friendly and I have no issue with him at all. In fact all staff have been polite. What I am now very much aware of is that your different teams do not communicate fully with one another and this causes problems which could be avoided. For example if the sales representative knew more about the fitting of furniture around existing architecture I would not have been told inaccurate information about removing my picture rail – it is just as well I did not get it removed as this would have been a waste of time and materials and would have caused more work. The fitter explained he would fit the wardrobe around the picture rail and skirting board – “no problem”. Overall I have not had the high quality experience that I would expect from a company such as yourselves. Better communication between different departments always helps to ensure smoother running, so maybe you will take this into account in the future.

We have an amazing kitchen fitted by really good fitters. They were polite friendly and extremely hard working. I love my kitchen!!

My bedroom has never looked so good, the fitters were very good and the finish is excellent , I would recommend Betta Living to my friends and family , my Son was amazed at how good the finish was

I was very pleased with my kitchen until the sun came out and we saw dents in the draining board, we complained to Betta Living and were told we had done it despite the fitter saying if we had put anything on it it would have dented downwards not upwards as it was . The kitchen was not cheap and for Betta Living to come back with this comment is unacceptable the kitchen was supposed to have 15 year guarantee it is only four months old. I would NOT recommend Betta Living to anyone Mrs K C

It is nearly 6 months since the bedrooms were fitted and we have had no problems at all. Usually there are teething troubles but the fitters did a fabulous job and the work has been admired by eveyone

We arw still waiting for someone to fet back to us about replacing the larder doors as rhey are slightly warped as pointed about by the fitters and also obe of the doors does not havw the soft clise device fitted .

Well. i like to say when first time the rap came to sell the kitchen to us very quick or fast, after the install of my kitchen i am still await from january to my tv panel to be fixed and two kitchen bored need to be changes, not good and i am not happy at all, shame big company like bella living and belong sharp is very disappointing, never back again

The whole process was carried out by professionals, because of this we had confidence that the design would be what we asked for and the kitchen fitted to our requirements. Our new kitchen far exceeds our expectations, it was fitted by a fitter called Richard his attention to detail and quality of work was exceptional. We would recommend this company without hesitation.

I have no problems whatso ever with the fitting of the bedroom the fitter was exellent the only thing is that when the designer came he asked if someone had recommended the company to us and they had he said that they would get 250 pound for recommending us which never developed they are still waiting .

Great service a little shaky with the sales guy getting the measurements wrong but technical survey guy went above and beyond to ensure we had what we wanted within the original cost quoted. Then was blown away by my fitter was so accomodating.. even delaying fit as issues with the floor needed to be sorted took all the stress away! Only wish I'd had them do start to finish! Recommend

I needed a on a lovely Betta living bath. I cannot fault Betta living. The lady on the desk listened to my concern and sign posted me to the right person. I discussed the problem and he promised to order the part, which arrived 2 days later. The fitter Ben was excellent and flexible about the day he could complete the repair. Well done everyone.

service was fantastic from planning to fitting. Only problem i would have in having you do my attic room is the taking up of the carpet and moving furniture out the room otherwise I would have my room done with you too.
