“Betta living bedrooms B56633 Nothing wrong with our existing bedroom except needed an update and change. A windfall allowed the pricey (but worth it) portofino range which was custom made for our bedroom. Yes, there was mess and stress but it was all absolutely worth it as the result is stunning Everyone who has seen it gives a wow factor thumbs up. None of this would have been possible without the people who worked on the project. Our bedroom is large and very awkwardly shaped and required a lot of thought and customer tolerance. My husband and l are creative people who have valid opinions on what was needed practically and aesthetically. We were worried about getting the right guys for the job. We need not have worried. Fist up was Roz who did the fist draft design. She was bubbley and fun as we waded through the difficulties. She was aware that the job was a matter for close consideration. She advised that we needed the 'right' surveyor. Next up was Dave, a very thoughtful and measured man with a lovely dry sense of humour. We knew he would do us proud and he did, putting hours into this unusual project”

“Excellent job really impressed with the standard of work from Mike, the fitter who installed our Wardrobes. Only minor issue we had was the surveyor seemed to send his report in by Pigeon mail and took over two weeks to send it in, luckily it didn't affect our preferred installation dates. Would definitely recommend Betta Living if you are looking to have wardrobes installed. We used the Chester Showroom.”

“We are very happy with the Betta Living service and fitting. Ray did the work and he was both professional and friendly. We had total confidence in him as he had previously fitted a wardrobe for us that is like new after 8 years. A job very well done! Customer number: B62557”

“I was delighted the way the young men set about their work. No slacking and worked extremely hard - very impressive. The units are lovely and I am well pleased with the outcome, especially since I have a very narrow galley kitchen and was limited to what I could have. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.”

“We had our small bathroom modernised with a different layout agreed with bettaliving.From going into the showroom,meetings with with designer and surveyor and completion of the installation the whole job was done in a friendly but professional way. The layout provided gives the impression of increasing the size of the room while the standard of fitting and quality of work done by Derek and Robert can only be described as exemplary.Probably captured by a comment from Derek "I respect my customers and make sure they get what they want" Certainly recommend paying bettaliving a visit.”

“B60079 WE DECIDED TO RETURN TO BETTALIVING TO FIT OUR OTHER TWO BEDROOMS FOR ONLY ONE REASON BEING , THAT RAY THE FITTER WOULD RETURN TO DO THE JOB AGAIN.BETTALIVING SHOULD BE PROUD OF HAVING SUCH A HARDWORKING PUNCTUAL,RELIABLE,HONEST,NEAT IN HIS WORK WITH ATTENTION TO DETAIL PERSON WORKING FOR THEM.RAY ALSO WORKED ALONG WITH US IN GIVING US ADVICE AND MAKING SURE WE WERE HAPPY WITH OUR DECISIONS BEFORE GOING AHEAD WITH TASKS. “Wendy & Alan Mathers new bedrooms in Warrington. Well what can we say? We have 2 beautifully fitted bedrooms in our new home and they look perfect!! You never know how good they will truly look until the jobs been done. Well I think it's down to the amazing fitters Ken and his (side kick) Tommy. The finished work was truly top notch and boy did they work, even late into the evening. 1 year ago we had a bedroom fitted by Hammonds, a well respected company. We can definitely say Betta Livings fitters were the best and gave a higher standard of fitting. Thanks to them I would recommend the company. Only downfall was a damaged unit top that took too many attempts to re deliver. Thanks boys it's all down to you two!!!!! ??”

“We had viewed a number of fitted bedroom specialists and only came across Betta Living by accident whilst in the Trafford Centre. We were immediately impressed by the quality of their products so we asked to see a Sales Designer. From Enquiry to Installation there is absolutely nothing you can fault. Melanie at the Stockport Showroom, Simon our Sales Designer, Ross our surveyor, Karen the Installation coordinator and Mike Morley our fitter all exude the level of professionalism that guarantees the exemplary final installation. The icing on the cake is the price, excellent value for money. We have just popped into Stockport to make the arrangements for our third bedroom.”

“Having finally got the opportunity to extend our house and invest in our first kitchen of our choice...entering the kitchen buying world was a little daunting to say the least....! We looked at all the usual sources, we had an option to go with another leading supplier but would have had togone through a building contractor to get it....so my wife and I thought we would give a Betta Living a go.... Ian the regional design manger came to visit us just after xmas 2015, and we both were fully prepared for the usual pressure selling...yes at the end of the day he is a salesman and selling and selling up is what they are paid to do..But we didn't get any of that, he was open and honest about the products and we ended up agreeing on a kitchen & a deal on appliances at a price we were happy to pay, he even extended in writing the cancelation period as we had been let down by a builder, which they extended further. After agreeing the deal, we were still a little unsure of the product and the quality, however because Next at home are near us we could go and road test the exact kitchen we were buying and felt a little more reassured about our purchase. In regards to the follow up survey (by a guy with over 30 year experience in the kitchen game) communications to and from BL, the actual delivery date and subsequent delivery absolutely no complaints there all were A1. We decided to go with an independent fitter, who again had loads of experience of fitting kitchens of all types of quality, he too was impressed with the quality, he wasn't too impressed with the amount of end panels though (as he under estimated the fitting time) as they all had to be cut to fit...but they al addedl to the great look and structural stability of the kitchen....I would rather a job be done properly than bodged and rushed! We now have a fantastic kitchen in our extension thanks to Betta Living.....remember you pay for what you get and a proper job should never be rushed...”

“We called into the Betta Living store in Chester to look at fitted bedroom furniture, the lady assistant was very helpful and arranged a home visit. Julie called and was very experienced and provided some very useful information and ideas. We agreed the cost and we were then contacted by Dave the Surveyor who called out and checked the design and made a few changes, he was very pleasant , knowledgable and explained the process in detail. Mel the bedroom fitter called the evening before the installation with his time of arrival, he was punctual, polite, and it was a pleasure to have him in the house. His work was first class and his attention to detail was superb. He worked constantly for the two days, the bedroom furniture now looks fantastic. He was very tidy and cleaned up after himself. He is an asset to Betta Living. We wouldn't hesitate to use Betta Living in the future, the total experience was first class from start to finish. Many thanks Geoff Swindley”

“We had a study fitted by Betta Living. The whole experience was perfect from start to finish - the design was just what we wanted, the delivery arrived as promised and the 2 fitters were amazing. They worked really hard and did not finish until 10pm on the final day of fit. We are delighted and everyone who has seen the study has been really impressed”

“The whole experience including design, survey, delivery and fitting was excellent. The Betta Living team continue to impress us and now with three bedrooms successfully completed by them, we are very happy with the company. A special mention should go to the two fitters, Ken and Tommy who worked 12 hour days to ensure our children had their bedrooms as soon as possible. They worked meticulously and blended into the family whilst they were with us. Ken and Tommy both cleaned up after themselves daily and consulted us as and when necessary to ensure we had the best possible finish to the new rooms. I can, wholeheartedly, recommend Betta Living.”
