Our kitchen installation started on 29th October 2015 and today 13/09/2016 still it's not complete. Still design changes needed. They are attracting customer with 13 years warranty but they are not giving same day warranty. Product quality is not good at all. They don't care about customer after they gets the business. Worst customer service, Worst post installation support, Installation is never going to end at all. We are literaly going through such a stressfull life after spending so much money on the kitchen.I would not recommend any one to go for this company for the Kitchen.

i will NEVER recommend this company to anyone. I have recently cancelled my orders for kitchen and two bedrooms due to poor customer services. The designers made me pay them advance in seconds by debit cards and now its more than 3 weeks and still waiting for my refunds after making countless calls and emails. BL is not reliable. never ever trust them ...

Sorry to read your comments and just to advise that the bedroom refund was in fact dealt with last week and should be in your account early this week, I will look into the kitchen refund. From beginning BL messed up with everything..DONT rely on BL.They are very unprofessional. Fitters ,supplies issues ,installations issue.it been now 9days and I am without kitchen... Please feel free contact me if you need any more details

I would not recommend this company for anything. Initially the installers were very efficient and friendly. However approximately 10 months after my kitchen was installed I had an exploding glass extractor fan which was directly over the breakfast where all my family regularly sit. Fortunately this happened in the early hours therefore I dread to think what could have happened if my children had been sat there. My kitchen is approximately 20 foot in length and the glass covered the whole area. Numerous phone calls were made and pictures sent to betta living however there after sales service and attitude was atrocious, lacking any empathy for what could have been. It has taken eight months to have numerous work tops to be delivered which were faulty, however these have now been fitted. There has been other faults with the kitchen such as a hole being left in the newly plastered wall because the original cupboard unit door was catching the extractor fan. No heat strips on the oven door therefore the cupboard doors melted. We also had a small leak in the bathroom and when we came to turn the water off the gas waiting for pipe had been put too close to the stop tap in the kitchen, therefore had to call someone out to resolve this also. We have sent letters to the company who did not respond.We are now one year on and we are still waiting for other items that were damaged to be replaced.

I am pleased to read that everything has now been resolved albeit that you are still awaiting replacement of 1 x item from the manufactures which was damaged. Where do I start ! Had Paula come out to design kitchen was here for most 6 hours !! Once she took are money that was it nightmare from start to finish . Had a fridgfrezzer thrown in as part of the deal which is crap . It's broke already got to order new part . Spoke to Stuart regional manager of company today who is telling me I sign up for it & I should of checked the model number before I singned up . ( well I didn't thought it would of been frost free as the kitchen is a modern kitchen after all ) so now I have to be defrosted it as they want change it ! Worse company bad customer service . Doors were wrong not once but 3 times . I was having to ring them on my lunch break all the time to see what was happening . Even my work colleagues were sick of hearing this all time on my break ! Had my own fitter which was great but he couldn't even finish the job due to doors. It then took nearly 2 months to collect the wrong doors which were in my house pilling up !! Never purchase a kitchen from this company such a shame . Once they take your money they are not interested in anything ! No phone call on completion either to see if everything was happy :( so sad take my advice don't do it .

Shocking sales technique by back room staff designer that came to our home was lovely did what we wanted and we could not have asked for more we was given a quote was happy with quote but wanted to check a few other companies out we would have beought the design that terry did if it was not for a lady constantly calling us back and hounding us to make a design i cant praise terry the designer enough but the sales tactics that whoever the women was put us right off this company people need space to think

Booked to come view our room that needs doing, hubby took day off and bettaliving consultant didn't turn up! Upon contacting why told 1 number was wrong so blamed us! Yet contacted us to book appointment on number they got wrong lol plus had our home number right joke of a company. Still no phone call from local branch of an apology for not turning up! Shame really we have a 6 bedroom property, office, lounge plus kitchen will need furniture could have made a fortune out of us. Most certainly won't be recommending this company at all even tho they replied to hubby's email enquiry within an hour......yet don't turn up for appointment!

Wish we had read the reviews. Terrible. Shameful. Lead our family on for over a month. Took our money, let us down. Disgraceful. Repaid us after requesting it, but such a disappointment. Leave well alone.

We waited weeks for a quote. Paid in advance for promised work. Nick promised to finish work, 4 weeks later told us he did not want to do it. Unenthusiastic, he returned our money, after requesting it, but had wasted six weeks of our time. Forget it.

I was very pleased with my experience with this company: kitchen design, survey, fitter and quality were all very good. I thought I would be writing a glowing review. However, a few days after completion I noticed some very minor problems. This was two months ago. To date I have contacted Betta Living TWELVE times about this and have each time been promised calls back and action. I have plenty of apologies but, apart from one returned call saying he had been unable to contact who he needed to, nothing has been achieved. I have spoken to the Installations Manager and also emailed the owner of the company on two occasions. The former promises to phone back and doesn't and the latter has not even acknowledged my emails. It seems they have no interest in maintaining good customer relations and rely on getting people's money and then going to ground. Crazy when the problems involved could be rectified in a short visit and at little cost to them. I imagine the only way of resolving any claim under the guarantee would be to go to law. Despite of the quality of the product, I would have to advise to steer clear of this company.

We opted for supply only with our kitchen. We were initially pleased with the service. This was until we quicky developed issues. The kitchen design sold to us was not permitted by the stone company they use. The kitchen was delivered in April, and we are still waiting for a refund for the materials we have not used because of the company having to change the design. This is despite Betta Living receiving the payment for the materials many months ago. We have been left with packs of left over wood which we have been charged for and never needed. Our living room resembles a warehouse....still almost 5 months on. We are still waiting for a replacement cupboard door which was received damaged. Again, issues all raised in April. Customer service is appalling. We have called countless times, waiting 15-25 minutes in a queue for each call, only to be advised "we will get our manager to give you a call very shortly". Still waiting. Nobody wants to take ownership of our problems to get them resolved. We have even been advised we have so many issues we have been passed to a higher level of management. This was almost two months ago, still nothing. I expect the lack of action is because they have their money now so no need to help us. I would not recommend using Betta Living!

Got my kitchen supplied only (Chiltern range in Cream). Opened it today to get fitted by professionals and realised very soon that it was going to be a disaster. 4 base units 4 wall units panels were missing. 1 wall unit (boiler cover) was the wrong size. If we try to use the wrong size then it doesn't match the height of the other wall units and also doesn't have any pieces to cover the extra length. We have more beach colour panels than the cream. If we try to use these panels then all the units will have different trimmings and you would see the edges as some cream and some brown. Called customer service but no help as a SATURDAY. Such a big company and no ones available to sort out the problem. Paid good money for the quality but unfortunately the kitchen is going to be below standard and my experience a big disappointment and disaster to say the least. Prices are way to high for the service and info they give.

worst experience of my life! Buying a kitchen should be every woman's dream, spending time with the designers and making it look exactly like you have always imagined it to look. If this is your dream to have a kitchen you have always wanted that meets your design and is delivered in a timescale that is agreed between you and the company you chose to build it for you, then do NOT choose Betta Living! for 6 weeks i was left without a kitchen tap! wrong units delivered, replacements delivered in dribs and drabs, quality not of standards and then 9 week (yes 9 weeks) my kitchen still is not finished and trust me when i say i have had to fight tooth and nail to get it into the "functioning" state it is now. No ownership of the project from start to finish, stroppy staff at the end of the phone, broken promises - I could go on! So, if you have a desire to have a kitchen of your dreams - go elsewhere if you want it doing to quality, on time and fully managed!

Bedrooms not fitted to plan, they sent new materials to complete the job because I paid in full before inspecting. Wardrobes were not boxed as promised & Chris the Brummy fitter arrived at 10am & left at 2pm to fit in around school run. Awful customer service.. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Fitter are subcontracted & have no respect !!!

kitchen took over 4 months to fitted, bad fittings, customer service bad, used unqualified gas fitters, now taking them to court as they still have not finished

If this is how they start by rude attitude and missed appointments with no apology or contact (farnborough depot) and when I go into the store it's attitude like "we don't care" from the salesman !! Then I will look elsewhere I'm a company director and if I was paying my staff thousands of pounds a year in salaries I would expect better results!! Total disaster from start! A guy turned up for a survey, unfortunately my wife had to go out. So i had to stay in for whole day until 2pm to make sure the visit goes smoothly. After few questions this guy asked if my wife is in and that he won't be able to do anything unless my wife is also in. He called their manager, on speaker manger said "what part of if "your wife must be in" he didn't understand"! I was like are you serious now! How rude can someone be?! The surveyor was saying this is company policy! I told him, I have booked for this visit, i will be paying for the kitchen, i will be making the final decision and yet you are willing to lose a customer for this stupid policy?! In this modern world, as a family we can't simply decide to stay in together whenever we want! Decisions are made and can be changed, as a service provider you should cater for your customers need. You are dealing with humans and not robots! The whole experience was just nasty and it was not about customer! Zero level of understanding of customer service! The surveyor packed his stuff and left!!! I phoned in to complain, few minutes later customer service called to offer apology and explain policy! Thanks, but you have ruined my day and mood, lost a customer because your company can't cater for their customer's need... It's like a robotic company making decisions! In credit to their customer service, he explained that disagreement between partners can cause further complications later on! I can appreciate that once it was explained nicely! However, they could listen to their customer and work around their personal circumstances. With my kitchen in size of peanut, surely anything could be an improvement (oven dates back to at least 30 years ago)! If I was planning to surprise my wife, this would obviously be out of window!!! Stay away from this company, unless you have a solid never to deal with the consequences. They are far better companies out there with better customer service and understanding!

Late fitting date well past when sails an said it would be, shoddy fitting, extractor vented into lift space not outside causing damp, toilet has to be turned of at valve as keeps flushing all the time. Used wrong shower valve but won't replace as said triton only recommend the correct valve so a wrong valve is ok. Their customer service is appalling. Very dissatisfied, don't touch them with a barge pole. And when you are told we are their competitors trying to make them look bad we are not, we are very unhappy customers.

Compensation offered joke! Kitchen booked for February fitters arrived rushed the job. Loads of problems. Paid for a white kichen explained to the surveyor that it had to be all white.went to show room and picked out the kitchen and worktop. Kitchen started to be fitted turned put that under the top cabinets are going to be beech. And on top of the wall cabinet were beech which when the lights were on this was showing up on my white ceiling and walls. The fitters workmanship was terrible. The cutting of the white cabinets had scratches they flooded my kichen because they didn't use correct parts to connect the hoses. They connected my combi boiler water tap to the dishwasher and washing machine. Shrunk loads of my washing before this was realised by myself. Broke my kichen door which I had to replace @£90.00 PLUS FITTING Too many things to mention. Made over fifty calls to the company all saying they will call back which they don't. Had two inspections both agreeing with regards to all the faults in the kichen had the different delivery dates for equipment to be sent. Plinth lights that we ordered were so small was not worth the £250.00 for four lights which were smaller than a sixpence. Again too many faults to mention this is just a few. Just feel I have waisted time and good money for having a dream kitchen which was promised and never got. So since February and now we are at the end of July another fitter has come to do some of the corrections because not everything can be corrected! Would not recommend to have this company to fit a kichen. Or design one for you because this is not what you get! After everything I have mentioned plus money that needs to be refunded they come up with a insulting sun of £100.00 And they answer your review with they will get in contact with you but they don't!
