We recently had sliding robes installed in two bedrooms for our daughters. Both chose their own styles. They had to fit perfectly in the existing space between two walls. The installers did a wonderful job and left the bedrooms tidy at the end of each day. They were polite and ready to answer any queries. Overall we were extremely pleased with Betta Living and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. Mrs Master B72115

Ray arrived on time having phoned in beforehand. He was polite, very hard working and efficient. His work is of a very high standard and we are delighted with our new bedroom furniture

I never prefer to buy anything from betta living kitchen. Service is too bad. I bought a kitchen from betta living in February . I have received my kitchen in may with wrong size. I already spoke to customer service and I have been told by manager you will receive new parts within 10 days. But still I haven't received any single item. Here different people call me from customer service and gave me a fake promises like received your delivery end of week. Now nearly 5 months and still my problem hasn't been resolved. It's totally unacceptable service.

b75467 After seeing my bedroom units built I realised they were too big and Chris and Don Teet did everything to help me have them replaced as quickly as possible. They were wonderful! Also the fitters K & T Delves were lovely and so precise and tidy. I would definitely recommend Betta Living and the fitters in the future

I'd my kitchen done in March and it looked beautiful but on closer look I discovered that I didn't get the hob that I originally ordered and the worktops had glue marks on it which is very noticeable and I discovered that the extract hood didn't had any filter in it but was broken and thrown under one of the panels.I also discovered that the end panels and bottom ones where they had been cut facing down unto the floor and had not been sealed.If water gets unto them ,they will rot very quickly.I paid alot of money for the kitchen and all I've is shoddy work.I'm very disappointed that I'll NEVER use bettaliving again or recommend the company.

b73702 its just the beginning and thay carnt get that right we were contacted about 3 weeks ago now for more money fine payed next day and same time given a date delivery 17 june 2016 fitters 20th june 2016 ok fine fri came only the flooring and wall tile arrived on the phone I went no one contacted me back on sun night fitters text be with you Monday I replyed that the bath est wasent here but they still came ripped all my bathroom out mon came tue still no bath est so they did what thay could and left I phoned again only to be told the bathrood is still with the suppliers an wouldn't be with me till thurs so we have no bathroom and a none working old toilet till then its not good enough at all its not filled me with any confidence at all if thay can not get this right and there was no one who could say why I was told it would take 10 days start to finish now its going to take longer but thay are happy to take my money and it wasent the cheapest so you would think they would talk to you all the way through NO ONLY TO ASK FOR PAYMENT not happy at all lee from bettaliving told me you would always have been without a working bathroom anyway for 10 days

Ref 75724 - I have received excellent service from Betta Living and I am delighted with my wardrobes. At each step of the way I was contacted regarding the quotation, surveyor, delivery and fitting and on each occasion they executed their roles in a professional manner with a real emphasis on customer services. My wardrobes were fitted by Bob and Brett who did an excellent job finishing ahead of schedule. I have no hesitation in recommending Betta Living for their products and service and will use them again in the future.

Reference: B75801 This is the third room we've had fitted by BettaLiving and they are professional to the end. We now have two lovely fitted bedrooms (for our teenagers) and an office, I have to admit the attention to detail is second to none. The fitter we had this time was called Gary and he worked like he was possessed. I have never met anyone who works like that before. He was always courteous and nothing was too much trouble. I had my doubts as to whether Gary would manage to finish the job in 2 days but finish he has and to an exceptional standard. Every joint, every cut, every alignment is perfect. I'm a fussy one when it comes to having things done right but I simply can't fault his work. The quality of the furniture is extremely high too - it will far outlast anything we could have bought elsewhere. Overall we're more than satisfied and would recommend BettaLiving to anyone thinking of a fitted bedroom.

B73359-I had some delay with the order and i was very disappointed at first but The fitting of the wardrobes was fantastic ,it was worth the wait. I had 2 very professional fitters Ken and Tommy and I would highly recommend their services

B75053 - Ken & Tommy Fitted Wardrobes in the main bedroom.Very pleased with the service and product received from all Betta Living personnel. from Sales team to fitters. Ken & Tommy were very professional and efficiently and very clean and Tidy. Would be happy to recommend the company

Hello Betta Living. We recently had a bathroom fitted by yourselves last month, today the radiator has leaked through the ceiling and is ruining are hall. The boiler is also leaking since the fitters emptied the system when installing the bathroom. Nowhere in our paperwork have you included details of the aftercare service and where to go for help. This should be provided to every customer. More so the information available on your website does not even state when your telephone lines are open, so I presume I am stuck with the faulty fitting until your telephone lines open tomorrow morning. I sincerely hope that when I telephone I get the help I need.

Fitted wardrobe with concertina doors. Well planned, delivered and fitted as per the plans. The fitter was excellent and the end product very satisfactory.

Had en suite and bedroom done and both fitters did an excellent job, Darren fitted the bedroom and Robert our en suite. Both pleasant and arrived on time and finished on schedule. I would definitely recommend Betta Living to friends and family.

job ref- B75382, having never had purchased anything from betta living i was a bit worried, mel the fitter turned up bang on time and started work as soon as he got here, very pleasant fella, job was completed the same day with no hitches or problems and mel had done a brilliant job, i would not hesitate in recommending betta living or mel for a job you want doing well.

I can't believe you mugs cancelled my refund cheque. It bounced. You are lying thieves. I'll make sure you get bad publicity. Firstly you removed both mine and husbands bad reviews then you go and cancel our refund cheque. How can you be such mugs and you're associated with Next.

Had a wet room fitted with in built toilet and sink. Firstly, the toilet cistern broke, rang customer services and they said that they would send a member of the installation team out to come and look at it. After several days and lots of phone calls, someone came out, took the panel off, found the problem to be a fault with the flushing mechanism and said they would order the part and be in touch. After even more phone calls and days later, I rang customer services and they said that the part had just been ordered the previous day when I was told it had been ordered days ago. Then 6 weeks after being fitted, the shower began to leak into my newly built kitchen where they came and had to saw a 1 m x 0.5 m hole in my brand new suspended ceiling to get to the leak. The fitter had a spare part in his van and said it was a faulty part and give it 5 days to settle then someone would be back to fix my ceiling. After another several days, rang customer services yet again and was told that I I would be getting a phone call before 6 pm to arrange a visit as the fitter was calling in the office. I rang just before 6 pm, and guess what....the fitter had not been into the office, therefore, another promise of a phone call was made by customer services to ring me back tomorrow when the fitter would be in the office. I feel that this company's aftercare with paying customers is absolutely outrageous.
