My initial experience was first class but since original bedroom was delivered and fitted, I wanted to then add a headboard, I have been pushed from pillar to,post, no one wanted to know, infact the girls in Chester showroom were quite rude, and no one ever got back to,you, eventually I spoke to Chris who put ,e I touch with the " add on " manager and hip hip hooray, my headboard was ordered and I have a delivery date. - get your act together and don't promise to deal with and get back and then just ignore.

We had our new fitted wardrobes recently fitted and they are fantastic! Great quality and the fitter Lee Jones did a superb job putting them in. Would highly recommend Betta Living to others!

The quality of Betta Living's bedroom furniture is excellent and we are absolutely thrilled with the fitted wardrobes and final design of the bedroom. Every stage and every individual concerned with the bedroom has been professional. However, the actual fitter Dean Lang has been amazing in his perfectionism and care whilst working in our home. His attention to detail and ability on the job have been second to none. I would recommend both Betta Living and Dean Lang to anyone. No one working in our home has ever brought a hoover to clean after he had finished - but Dean did. Thank you.

Excellent service from the surveyor right through to the final fitting. First class product value for money would recommend you to my family and friends. I would like to say the fitter John Dunn was polite and tidy a good man at his job. T. Hanks

Very impressed with Betta Living from start to finish. The design was carefully worked out to make the best use of the space and the work was completed in a timely manner. Neil the fitter did a great job and was very polite and hard working throughout. I would certainly recommend.

The finished bedroom was excellent, but the chips and marks on the wall and ceiling could have been avoided by the delivery team.

My fitted wardrobes were fitted in one day,the fitter Gary worked extremely hard and did a superb job.the product is very strong and looks superb the bedroom has a boutique hotel look and my wife is over the moon with the finished job.gary cleaned up very thoroughly after.well satisfied.

Excellent products and service from start to finish. Our wardrobes are fitted to a very high quality and look fantastic. I was particularly impressed with the fitter and after care service. Happily came back to adjust doors after carpet fitted and supplied an extra shelf which came to light after installation. Would definitely use again and recommend.

It seems betta living is all about the sale. Once sale complete and funiture is built, betta living are hard to get hold off. Also, once built the contractors do not take the waste packerging away. Leaving a lot of waste to get rid off. Is betta living ISO 14001 company?

Kevin fitted my wardrobes and he was great. He worked so hard in cramped conditions and has done a brilliant job. My brother in law is a retired joiner and couldn't find fault. I hope this review is fed back to him.

I went into your Warrington branch I spoke to a woman Stacey or Sarah not very helpful at all mostly interested in her phone in the draw, not very professional after I was recommended to you by a friend

This company is a joke = I got an appointment online and the next day a designer phoned me to confirm the meeting - however contrary to their promise he said He can only come if both of us are present (initially was supposed to be only me) otherwise he doesn't want to waste his time. This is the most unprofessional call I ever witnessed where a sales person basically fired me on the spot as a potential costumer and said "I am the manager and you can complaint if you want to me" but I don't want to do business with you if thats not the case! This is truly unbelievable and I hope its not company's policy but in reality I no longer want this guy anywhere near my house. Stay away from these arrogant jokers - there are surely more ethical companies to deal with

I ordered a kitchen from Betta Living in June 2015 and the kitchen units and applicanes were delivered on 1 September promptly, due to unforeseen circumstances the installation was delayed a few days. The kitchen units were fitted by a professional fitter Mr Zygmunt Szlezak known as Ziggy, he completed the whole kitchen by himself in two days, no inconvenience caused, he covered all carpets and carried out all his work very thoroughly to the surveyor's plan, we are very impressed and he is highly recommended because of his dedication and hard work, he is a pleasant personality, and his work was of a very high standard very professional. We are very pleased with the result of the installation of all kitchen units and appliances, every unit in place and all appliances fitted and working well, Ziggy is an ASSET to Betta Living and we wish him all success in his future with the Company. I will recommend Betta Living for the good service they provide. Mr & Mrs G Peberdy.

Burton B64523. This is the second time we have purchased from Betta Living and we couldn't be happier with the service, timescales to complete and the finished product. More recently Ken and Tommy fitted our little boys bedroom and worked tirelessly all day and did an absolutely fantastic job, even down to polishing the units inside and out before they left. The room was left immaculate, all my flooring (stairs/landing) were sheeted up to protect them, the only thing we needed to do was put our little boy in the bed, literally. I would very highly recommend Betta Living and would not go anywhere else in the future.

(Quinn B62904) Had fitted wardrobes in 3 bedrooms done by Ken and tommy. Very efficient, everything went ahead on time and as planned. These two guys have done an amazing job, very pleased:-) so far so good! Also just want to say how trust worthy they are too, as we went away for a couple of days on a break while the wardrobes were being fitted. When we arrived home we were expecting to have a bit of a mess to clear up.... But nope no mess, no tidying needed to be done, everything was left really clean and tidy. Fantastic job, great fitters. Job well done and great quality wardrobes. Thanks again Ken and Tommy.

Fred Trim B./No B64167.. We recently had bedroom furniture fitted and we are very satisfied with the Final result The installation was carried out by Malcolm who has completed an excellent job. My wife is delighted with the quality of the wardrobes etc and we would recommend Beta Living along with Malcolm to anyone contemplating such home improvement.

Having read some of the reviews I think we may have had a lucky escape! We have recently moved and are in need of wardrobes. As we now live in a chalet bungalow the wardrobes need to be fitted into the slopes of the ceiling, hence our excursion to the showroom where the salesperson booked an appointment for someone to come out on Bank holiday Monday. Well lo and behold having rung on the Sunday to say that she would be with us the following day, she did not turn up. When I rang to find out what was going on the person on the phone said he would find out and get back to me. Needless to say that did not happen. I subsequently got a call from head office (I think) who wanted to know how it went. When I said no one had turned up he said he would ring me back which he duly did and arranged another appointment for 10 am and said he would give us £500 off for the inconvenience. I then had a call to confirm the appointment and when I said my husband would not be here she told me that we both needed to be there and re-arranged for 7pm this evening (8.9.15). I received a call from the Rep to say that she was in East London as she had just finished her current appointment and would not be here until much later. I said that would not be convenient and that I thought it better not to go ahead. She was extremely apologetic and at least she had the gumption to call and let us know. This does not bode well because if Bettaliving feel they can treat you with such disdain at such an early stage what hope is there should they actually get the job!!! Needless to say I would not recommend them especially having stayed in all day on bank holiday Monday just in case she turned up.
