“Fantastic from start to finish. The showroom was inspiring, the staff were helpful, the designers and surveyors were all lovely to have around. I was having a new bedroom put in and both me and my partner could not find a fault with them. I would definitely advise using them! My experience was with the Longwell Green branch in Bristol.”

“Customer Mr&Mrs Spence contract number B62851 Had new bedroom furniture fitted by Betta living , and very happy from the start to the end of the job , we felt well looked after through the whole process. The fitting of the furniture only took Gary (the fitter) 2 days how was very good and friendly . Would definitely use again .”

“Super sales staff and showroom with no pressure.Promp measuring service for quote and selection of goods to be ordered.Prompt delivery and lots of communication.Excelent fitter.Couldnt be happier with goods a classy looking product My sister was impressed with the company 20 years ago and they are still good now.Thanks”

“We were delighted with the service provided by our fitter Chris. As I was inexpextedly taken to hospital my wife had to deal with Chris and the day to day decisions, which always crop up jobs of this kind. She found Chris polite and understanding and together they resolved any problems amicably. I have two observations to make, one a design point and one a service issue. 1. We chose the particular design of wardrobe because there were no cracks, cranies or ledges to catch the dust. Unfortunately the dado rail that runs along the top of the doors is not,a flat topped rail but a channel. The perfect dust collector. 2. I was,very surprised and disappointed when I went out to the garage, on my return from hospital, to find all the offcuts and a 2.9 piece of dado rail plus a 2.9m X .4m and 2.9m X .25m planks together with the cardboard packaging. I am now faced with finding a way to get this lot to the tip. So in my opinion, a good job spoiled at the final hurdle. Regards David Simpson.”

“Extremely pleased with the fitted wardrobes in both bedrooms. Designer came up with good ideas to suit the rooms and to compliment the furniture I wanted to keep. The process went very smoothly from start to finish. I would highly recommend.”

“We have not had furniture fitted yet so feel this questionnaire is a bit premature. So far the only issue is that we were told by the designer that we pay when the work is completed after being asked for full payment we checked the paperwork and realised that money was required 2 weeks prior to fitting. We feel that the designer did not make this clear”

“Very friendly service from start to finish. Time keeping was excellent so was the fitting and the finish. The fitters Dean and Glen were very competent at the same time very friendly. Thank you. Salim”

“If you are referring to the bedroom stool that we ordered as an Add on we are not happy. The bedroom fitting was excellent and could not be faulted. We then ordered a bedroom stool to compliment our lovely new bedroom paid £95 pounds and have waited since 27th July for delivery. Received this week and have not bothered to assemble the quality of the uphstered seat is extremely poor and not acceptable. We phoned straight away and no one knew what to do. We phoned again and were told we could have a full refund but we would have to PAY TO RETURN IT. We have refused but been told unless we pay to post this back we will not be refunded. We have said this is Unacceptable and asked for someone to call back. They have failed to do so. To expect us to pay for return of sub standard goods contravenes the 'sale of goods act' and we will be pursuing our consumer rights . The bedroom purchase fitting and quality were all excellent. Your service fell down over the bedroom stool.”

“Consultant was good, took 4 hours to customise and thrash out a price. The fitter was very good except he drove across my lawn! Leaving tyre tracks. The bedroom looks great but the doors close weirdly ie close nearly then need another push to close fully.”

“Excellent value, the only criticism I have is that I feel all the drawers should be soft closing. However only a minor detail against the overall product which in every other way was excellent.”
