The first time I signed up they offered a discount so I paid 91.78 AED via Apple Pay. then I immediately got charged another amount which I did not purchase nor authorized of 179.99 AED. I emailed the support team multiple times requesting an explanation and requesting to cancel my subscription, no one bothered to reply to me and a month later I was charged twice of 179.99 and 299.99 without authorization so I called the bank and I block the credit card. what I don't understand is how they got hold of my credit card when I paid on Apple Pay!!

LIES LIES ! The app itself is not that bad ! But you need to pay for almost everything in EXTRA. And the WORST THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY ! I’ve been charged two times on my two different cards The first amount of 34.99€ for a subscription I never did And the other I’ve subscribed (STUPIDLY) to their annual offer of 21.97€ I didn’t know that I would be charged the same day of this amount ! This is crazy You can try to contact them via the app or by email, they will never reply and you’ll not be able to get a refund ! I unsubscribed immediately and block the future payment on my first card. But I can’t block the payment on Apple Pay so I’m pretty mad about that DONT BELIEVE THE GOOD REVIEWS. There’s no support at all.

They scammed me too. Have been stealing $80 from my card regularly. I think the high ratings are just from people paid by the company/scam.

Total Scam! If you gave them your credit card data, Cancel your card. They just keep billing you for things and providing nothing at all zilch. Have been hit for small payments totaling over $200 in last 2 weeks.

I did not authorize the charge of 42.84 to my account on 9/28/2023. Refund me immediately or I will file a complaint with Consumer Complaint Dept and the Better Business Bureau.

I'm so disappointed that I subscribed to this site! Anyway, total scam. Paid the first months reduced fee and received nothing at all. I sent over 20 emails and received 1 back which was to fob me off. I have since reported them as Fraud with my bank and have put a block on them. However, because they are "crafty" in the words of my Bank, they slightly change their name each month when they take their subscription, so you have to go through the whole clawback process. So far they've used BetterMe App - Pil and lately BetterMe Keto App Nicosia CY. They've just taken £37.19 without authorisation. I've been refunded from my bank, but it's been a nightmare. You cannot unsubscribe because you don't (in my case) receive the app, and because it's a subscription, the bank cannot do anything other than to put a block on the company name which in itself is difficult as they change it. Total scam app located in Russia apparently! Anyway, stay well clear from this and others of a similar style of advertising under different names. Everytime I see an ad I check it out and if it's BetterMe I leave negative comments to warn people so they don't lose money too.!

I have canceled my subscription and continue to be charged 29.99 monthly!! Do not give them any credit card information!! They also slip in these little add on’s!!

I signed up for their trial. I never received a log in and they keep charging my credit card to date. I rmailed them three days and I have yet to get a response. Worst customer service ever. Scamming. Now I have to cancel my credit card.

Do not sign up for this app or give them your credit card details. They make it impossible for you to cancel the trial subscription. There is nowhere in the app where you can go in and remove your credit card details. I emailed the company about 30 times and reached out numerous times on social media and keep getting the same automated messages. They have kept charging my card after I clearly told them to cancel my subscription about 20 times. I have had to dispute the transaction with my bank and cancel my credit card, it’s been an absolute nightmare. I will report this company to consumer affairs, I don’t understand how they can keep operating like this. There are so many bad reviews on them everywhere.

I paid $24.99 through link on fb which took me to app which asked a heap of questions then got to stage where they ask for more money. I literally have paid for something I can’t access.

I just cannot believe this is so hard to c as no Ed l membership, especially when I was supposed to have a free trial period, which is not the case. I would. Not advise anyone to subscribe unless under a direct debit where you have the control and this business does not give you that option. Common sense says avoid or accept you will be charged forever without changing banking details and even then they probably have some way of charging you. Disgusting way to operate a business and under distance selling laws am amazed this has not been challenged.

No support when emailed or sent on app review. They don't even try to respond. I emailed them and sent an app review about the billing issue and they sent a generic bot response weeks later.....still no update or follow up fr them. Don't recommend this app. Don't pay for it either, I think it's more of a hassle than it is helpful. I'm going to put a review of this on every review site I can find.

It’s a useless app. Be careful to install it, it has an auto renewal. They say free trial , but after installing they charge you immediately. I had deleted the app after couple of days, but they charge me again!!!And they don’t reply any emails of mine….

I was never able to create an account that I was able to log into. I never received any emails or info after about 1 week the page that I had logged into disappeared and I wS not able to get into the app. It said I did not have an account and wanted me to pay for another subscription. Then 3 months later I got hit with another charge for twice the amount. I am now out almost $100 with no service from them. They said they refused to refund the payment they just hit me with because .I did not cancel. I was not able to use itand was not able to find any records of my purchase after about 3 weeks.. I tried to log on after about 3 days the page disappeared. I keep putting of doing workouts that I should do. But when I decided to start doing something. The page went poof, gone. When I tried finding a link I could not. No more blogs from them. Then after several hours trying to find them. I gave up. Thought it was a one time charge and if I liked it I could do more. But they had my bank info saved and hit me with another charge. Then refused to refund the money.NOT honest .

Not happy I've contacted them after my free trail and they have deducted from my account then they have deducted another amount by forcing me to pay without opting out of the webpage. This is extremely upsetting and they are not replying to my emails.
