This review is based solely on customer service. I ran into some issues and I was not able to use the app like I wanted. Something happened where my cancellation did not go through, and the BetterMe staff was so responsive and able to give me my refund. Even though it didn't benefit me at the time, them offering additional options for my subscription was a wonderful option.

This company is an absolute disgrace with their shady subscription scams. They hit me with a 79.99 EUR charge through some sneaky, underhanded scheme. I canceled my subscription ages ago, and it wasn’t even showing up on my phone anymore. But surprise, surprise—they’ve got a hidden one on the web! Now, I can’t even get a refund, and I haven’t used their service in forever. It’s outright robbery. Their so-called ‘customer support’ is a joke—they just keep trying to sell me more packages! How on earth is this even allowed??

I am very impressed by BetterMe customer service team. I subscribed to the app with the intent to use it as part of my recovery. Unfortunately, my back issues got worse before I had the opportunity to use it once. The injury required two spine procedures. I reached out to BetterMe customer support and were very understanding. The refunded my subscription. Can’t wait to heal to start exercising again. Will subscribe back for sure.

A very gentle way of getting back into working out again. Customer support was a pleasure to work with as well. We had a small misunderstanding at one point but they absolutely made it right!

I signed up for Better me fitness training (28 days) and it was not possible for me to do the training as planned for all kinds of personal reasons. I contacted them by email and not only did I receive the most courteous and super fast response, they offered me an additional service that would help me at no extra charge. I am grateful for the understanding and I wish everyone would behave with such professionalism, patience and service at the highest level possible like I received from Better me... Thank you very much!!!

I purchased a 28-day trial offer on the 18th of August 2023 for the sum if £19.23. I didn't use the app preferring to go to Reformer Pilates Classes. However, before I knew it SEVEN DAYS into the trial I was charged £99.99 via PayPay in a dubious transaction that I did not agree with. They are saying I purchased Coaching when I didn't. I emailed immediately to cancel my subscription and requested a full refund telling them I did not use the app. They said they would cancel and tried to get me to accept an offer. I refused saying I did not use their service and expected a refund. Doing my self-assessment tax I found they were dishonest and kept the money. SHOCKING BEHAVIOUR AND A DISHONEST COMPANY. Although past the 180-day insurance policy, PayPal, even reached out to BetterMe to request a refund for me. PayPal directed me to ACTION FRAUD UK to file a complaint. I have complained to Company House in Cyprus as the CEO STAMTIS SKIANIS has his BetterMe business registered there. SCAMMERS
