This company continues to charge your card after you ask for a cancellation. They DO NOT SIGN UP! I asked to cancel and they continue to charge me! I’ve asked multiple times for them to cancel my subscription. They email me and say it’s cancelled but it’s not. Now it will cost me to stop payment from their company. NOT TRUST WORTHY! email you and tell you that they cancelled it but in reality they don’t. They charged me on a Dec. 12,2024 and in January 9,2025 after asking to cancel in November!I should have never signed up through FB for this. I don’t usually post reviews but this company is a fraud. I am having much trouble with their website. I want to cancel and the way they tell you do it is not working. There are many negative reviews. DON’T subscribe. You will be very sorry.

Betterme is a scam I signed up for a 1 month only subscription only to be hit with a renewal with no warning at almost double the first month fee. Do not subscribe! The options the provide to unsubscribe also don't work as I didn't do it via a phone app so couldn't unsubscribe! Beware

WARNING!! Do not subscribe to this platform! I purchased a $12 subscription and during purchase there was a website malfunction and they added a $40 coaching option to my credit card. After contacting them they indicated they will not refund me as their terms and conditions indicate that I selected the option despite it being their website malfunction. They do not take accountability, have bad customer service and scam you out of money! Heed this warning!!

WARNING!! Do not subscribe to this platform!! If I could give -1 starts I would. Upon a $12 subscription for 12 weeks just to try their platform this company charged me for their coaching option without approval. During purchase there was a website malfunction and the coaching option was added. I realized this on my credit card statement. I immediately send them an email to which they responded that I should simply cancel in their app so they can provide the refund. I did see a refund just to realize days later they charged me the coaching option again where they sent me an email to indicate they will not refund me my money according to their terms and conditions that state I selected the option. This company is blaming me for their faulty website. They scam you out of money and unlawfully charge your credit card! Heed this warning!!

The absolute worst customer service ever. I couldn’t see my account in their website because apparently I hadn’t registered properly but of course $60 a month had no problem being deducted from my credit card. No phone number to contact directly, have to wait days to hear back then no help in the end. I really DON’T recommend. I do recommend Noom, better in every way.

I wouldnt even give it 1 star. Absolute garbage. Waited for 3 weeks for the item that arrived defective. Nobody responded to the email and I couldnt return it. The quality was garbage. Sizing was off. Do not waste your money, I’ve seen better quality on Shein.

This company is an absolute disgrace with their shady subscription scams. They hit me with a 79.99 EUR charge through some sneaky, underhanded scheme. I canceled my subscription ages ago, and it wasn’t even showing up on my phone anymore. But surprise, surprise—they’ve got a hidden one on the web! Now, I can’t even get a refund, and I haven’t used their service in forever. It’s outright robbery. Their so-called ‘customer support’ is a joke—they just keep trying to sell me more packages! How on earth is this even allowed??

I purchased a 28-day trial offer on the 18th of August 2023 for the sum if £19.23. I didn't use the app preferring to go to Reformer Pilates Classes. However, before I knew it SEVEN DAYS into the trial I was charged £99.99 via PayPay in a dubious transaction that I did not agree with. They are saying I purchased Coaching when I didn't. I emailed immediately to cancel my subscription and requested a full refund telling them I did not use the app. They said they would cancel and tried to get me to accept an offer. I refused saying I did not use their service and expected a refund. Doing my self-assessment tax I found they were dishonest and kept the money. SHOCKING BEHAVIOUR AND A DISHONEST COMPANY. Although past the 180-day insurance policy, PayPal, even reached out to BetterMe to request a refund for me. PayPal directed me to ACTION FRAUD UK to file a complaint. I have complained to Company House in Cyprus as the CEO STAMTIS SKIANIS has his BetterMe business registered there. SCAMMERS

I had subscribed to the advertised low price plan for around 12$ and then after it expires they never mentioned that it is gonna renew by itself charging around 65$ which is not fair. I did not want to continue after my first trial and they automatically renews it charged me that amount of money and when I sent an email they came up with the money back guarantee. Really really bad service. Never ever had this much frustration and disgusting experience with any company. If the company sees this review please come up with a fair solution because no one helping on the email.

This info is indicated on the same page where you choose a plan. After you confirm your payment, you receive a purchase confirmation letter with the very same details. BEWARE of this unethical company. Maybe it is a franchise I don't know, registered in Cyprus by STAMATIS SKIANIS. I purchased a 28-day trial in August and the following monthly roll-on would cost £30.99. SEVEN DAYS from the initial start day BetterMe deducted £99.99 via Paypal. I emailed to cancel my subscription and requested a refund of £99.99 immediately. BetterMe replied but I never got my refund. Unfortunately, I had an accident and only found this out past the Paypal insurance policy. Paypal emailed him regardless to request a refund as they can see this was unwarranted. He has refused. He is a THEIF.

DO NOT BUY this app. You will be making a donation. The 28-day challenges highlighted in all of their advertising are not included. It is a bait-and-switch app. I was on this app for less than 10 minutes but quickly realized the 28-day Challenges are NOT included and did not get the requested refund. Do not bother writing an email because you waste time and effort. They do not reply. I got an email asking if I was satisfied with my reply when I DID NOT GET A REPLY. I never write negative reviews, so taking the time to write this says a lot. IT IS A SCAM. I am spreading the word so no one else gets scammed!!

I purchased a trial offer for £20 thinking it was for a month's trial. I used the app once but SEVEN days later they took £99.99 via PAYPAL. I emailed immediately for a refund which they ignored. I tried to get through but to no avail. Other life events, I broke my hand and forgot everything, until filing my accounts. I emailed Paypal with evidence that BetterMe ignored my refund request. They still emailed the company although it was over the time limit asking them to refund me the money, However, the SCAMMERS refused saying it was over the 180 days from PayPal policy. Update: PayPal has advised me to report them to Action Fraud. UNETHICAL COMPANY beware!

Absolutely dreadful company to deal with. Their advertising is misleading and is designed to get you to sign up to a subscription. Then they start taking money out of your account regardless of your use. I tried saying i hadn’t signed up for this and that i hadnt even used the app due to sickness but they couldn’t care less. All they wanted wanted was to keep well over $200 just because they didnt care. No personal approach at all and rude to deal with, no empathy just money grabbing and misleading. All they wanted to do is keep quoting the T&C’s yet their advertising makes you think otherwise. Stay away from this con-artist company.
