“Cheating company Betway I am paying sports betting in Betway account from last 15 to 16 months and I have lost amount also in that but when I won some amount in that I have requested withdrawal but they have not given that amount and they have blocked the account before this also I have asked withdrawal for small amount like 2 k 4 k and all on that time they have transferred the amount but when I asked for 60 k they are saying that transaction got unsuccessful and they have blocked the amount please try to stop this king of business in India simply other outsider companies is cheating Indians and making money please help me to get my money I have lost more then 2 lk but just for 60 k winning also they are not ready to give my amount”

“I’ve made a deposit that never reached my account and it’s basically impossible to contact them, so I lost the deposit and nothing I can do about it as there’s no one to complain to it’s disgusting just closing the account”

“I got a call from betway saying it is… I got a call from betway saying it is trust worthy and made me to deposite 2500..I had bet for 3 matches and won 8700..I also an email saying my account is verified but from next they blocked my account as I’m earning money from betway ..betway is scam company from Uk and I’m in the process of banning betway …beggars please find some good job”

“Scam They offer a 3x 50 euro bonus on first 3 deposits. If you happen to win anything they limit you down and then require you to recycle the bet for 2000euro worth. In the end it would take you 300+ bets. They will limit you to 50 then 5 then probably less than the within a week if you are a good sports handicapper. It would take a year to get a simple 50 euro bonus off their site. Scam city. Use unibet or bet365 instead. Reliable. Non scummy scam sites. They actually allow you to win your bonus. Why? Because they know you will come back. Betway on the otherhand? Never coming back. Never recommending it to any of my followers on twitter.”

But recently I did a deposit of 1000INR that amount was debited from my bank account and does not shown in my betway account and I also mailed to betway they r not responding.. “I think done with betway ..I officially… I think done with betway ..I officially confirm that betway as scam application …I used only for 1 day as betway tele caller called saying that it is trust worthy app and made me to deposite 2500 and on same I got an email saying my account got verified them I made 8700rs …but on second day it showed my account got locked …I have waited for over 6 days now ..I have all the recording,emails ,screenshots … I’m going live to raise awareness of betway scam through my friend YouTube channel who has 5 million subscriber ..also I going to tag the retired ,jobless person Mr Kevin Peterson on twitter who is trying to earn money by promoting scam betway App and requesting 5 million subscribers to share in the social media to raise awareness …will make sure to ban betway atleast in india….also I’m giving all the recordings and screen shots to cyber police and take necessary action against betway … we will not allow your scams in India ..I see that you scammed thousands of innocent people and please find good job begging is good instead of scamming …betway”

“On an esports bet, the team I bet against rebranded from Envy to Optic. They literally just changed the name of the team and they voided the bets as it made a "palpable difference" to the fixture. This has happened 10+ times and never been an issue, including on bet365 and Pinnace on the same match. Ridiculous, stay away. This site will find any excuse to cancel bets that they are losing on.”

“betway has been the worst experience ever........fraudlent.....they have apparently tried to pay me and are saying there are payment restrictions .....and i have changed methods of withdrawal several times now....with only one remaining and they will make another excuse and not pay me i bet .......its been 40 days and im fully verified ....20 000 usd i need from those heartless people.....customer service never helps and they have it down to a science to keep it dragged on to take as long as possible.........i feel so sick of them....Jhongeorges.......payment status shows it is paid but they have admitted on email that it is on hold with them.”

“These people decided to change the banking information I gave them when I was asked to verify myself. I had made 3 withdrawls prior and when I tried to get this corrected they disconnected me after doing nothing for my somehow incorrect banking. It said, when making a withdrawl it has to go to an account that I've deposited from. Well isn't that fucked up? The other 3 times winnings went into my bank account. Deposits were made from my bank account. Don't give these theives your money.”

“Very bad service Recently, with my account and my relatives accounts, we are facing account locked issue so frequently. As soon as we win, the next day the accounts are locked. Had followed up morning till night for continuous days, but no responses. We have money in our account balances, now the question is, is this app really trustful or not. No way, we can call them and chase. The account lock issues randomly even when the accounts are verified using valid ID. For every account, they have started doing this. Not sure if this is some scam at last they will do.”

“Avoid at all costs!!! I placed bets on some of their "boosts" and actually won for a change. However, as soon as the stake was placed the bets I made disappeared into thin air. When the time came to pay them out they still didn't show up anywhere in my account. I got in touch with customer service 3 times about this issue. They claimed at first they couldn't find the bets. Then magically they found 1 of the 2 and said it would be credited to my account. It was not. I'm still getting the run around with customer service with no real resolution. And because the bets literally just disappeared I don't even have proof on my end to show them that they were placed. Customer service just keeps telling me the one was paid out (again, it was not. Simply doing the math quick on my account shows them that), and the other doesn't exist. But they certainly took my money easily for both. Absolute scam. I've placed a complaint with their parent company Malta gaming and suggest anyone else having issues do the same. Let's do what we can to get this site shut down”

“They don't pay out winning bets! You would think this would be the most essential thing to do as gambling service but they pick and choose when you when. Truely awful experience. Spoke with a representitve about this, a nearly impossible task, they said they would get back to me and they ghosted me instead! infuriating. If you win a bet you should get paid out. Brutal. Avoid at all costs.”

“Absolutely the worst online betting experience I have ever had. Virtually impossible to get through to a human.When you do totally unhelpful. As soon as a question is unscripted they just go to standard answer.So frustrating. Poor poor information on initial sign up. Feel totally ripped of. Such a poor service. “Horrible company. While other companies take 1 minute to withdraw or deposit Betways prehistoric system its been 8 days for them to return my money and still have to contact them daily and after contacting them each time they will remember something new each to ask. First the money was pending and Iwas asked to wait 24 hours for the transaction to happen and i can bet 😂. I guess to ben on betway you must prepare your self 24 hours prior lool. After that they couldnt see any money being deposited, so they asked an email confirmation, after 3 days and no reply I contact their horrible chat service and suddendly i get a reply at my email that that specific inbox is not monitored anymore. Go back to the chat for a 4th time and now they want another proof screenshot from the email this time which I sent. Nothing Again. Contacting them 8 WHOLE DAYS AFTER! ( yeah this is a 2022 review not 1999) now they want another reference number that i have to contact the company THEY are cooperating with 🤦‍♂️ I have never seen such unprofessional betting company in all these years. AVOID AVOID AVOID at all costs. Imagine to hve to go and chat with them 5 times and after 8 days no sign of my money. UPDATE RIDICULOUS!!!betway gave me an email to contact gigadat and request my ca reference which was wrong. Then gigadat says I Have to ask my bank,then my bank send me to interac. after i managed to find the reference also the chat “help” terminated connection for 4 times till i managed to find someone willing to help AFTER i provided all information. Their excuse “deposit you requested was a request so the reference wasnt starting with a CA” Why's that my problem when you provide that option to your customer and you cannot even back it up??? To be clear the problem Was Betway! This is the response o had from their partners gigadat after Betway asking for a “CA Reference” to return my money for 8 DAYS Gigadat Response: Hello, Thanks for the reply. It looks like you made the $90.00 deposit via the "Request for Money (RFM)" method and not via e-transfer. The 8-digit CA number is only assigned to e-transfers and should not be required for RFM's. The $90.00 CAD does show that it was successfully applied to a transaction with Betway. I will include the transaction information below. If the funds are not reflected in your account, please follow up with Betway customer support and provide them the below transaction information. If necessary, you may wish to have them escalate to their payments team who must contact us if there are any discrepancies on their side. Make sure that you specify that the deposit was made via Request for Money or RFM as this is a newer method of deposit for Betway, and their support may not be familiar with it yet. After this Betway still was asking for a Ca number for 8 days”
