“So I won money from Betway on 25 August 2024, tried to withdraw the money at Nedbank as it was EFT withdrawal. The money didn’t come out, contacted Betway and they told me to should contact Nedbank. I contacted Nedbank and they were able to trace the withdrawal and no withdrawal was made, they reversed the money into Betway account and Betway doesn’t want to put the money back into my Betway account so I can withdraw it.”

“For the first time in a long time if i could i would give a 0 , ive been told 3 days ago my account will be credited with money i didnt receive after it left my bank account, everday its a different person so ive spoken to about 6 diffrent people”

“CROOKS AND FRAUDSTERS! noticed some suspicious charges on my credit card, likely linked to Betway. While I was getting the new card and had no access to make deposits, they took $100 from my credit card. Impossible to get it back as it appears the PDF version of the bank statement is black and white and not good enough for them. I hope they shut down and go bankrupt!”

“One of the worst websites in the market: Reasons: - They suspend in-play wagers whenever they like( most of the time at the most crucial moments to bet) - They tend to close your account whenever they like ( it happened 2 times over the past 4 months . The latter I won $5000) - They have a very super long withdrawl process in compare to all other betting websites - Worst website to offer any kind of incentive /bonus”

“You can spend hundreds and maybe just maybe if you are lucky you’ll get a bonus even if you spend all that money on one game you still never get a bonus which is unheard of!! Never any free play no promotions nothing!!! They just take your money and that’s it!!! This casino is rigged big time!! I have never had this issue with any other online casino at least you get bonuses and you can actually come ahead someone needs too look into this!!! Not a happy customer at all”
