“I lost around 25000 dollars with them… one lucky day I made 7500 CAD and they immediately suspended my account on the name of responsible gambling. That being said, It has been one week they haven’t provided any confirmation email for my withdrawals. Their customer service when asked for timeline asks me why do want to pay essential with the money won on a website. Very stressful. Their responsible gambling would never step in as long as you keep depositing. Once you recover , your account is excluded and endless wait for money”

“Total fraud... i deposited 3000 inr on 12 april 2023 but till date 20 qpril 2022 my deposited has not been creditefd to my account... the custommer case is so dumb the they only say deposit has been esclated to dedicated team we are waiting for feedback but that feedback never comes.... they dont give a time frame even... tbis a total fraud and cheat... pls players dont play here.... and the best part is they dont care what customer is crying for his money.... i have lost lots of money here and no i am crying for my own money”

“Betway is a scam really. I went through all reviews just to check if maybe I'm the only one with the problem and turns out I'm just part of the universe.. People should really stop betting or anything on betway. This is one gambling platform rigged to rob people off. If you are still on betway and you play casino game especially the habinero games then you know what I'm talking about. They cheat so much they don't even hide anymore. Please stop! Rather move to other betting platforms just not betway. The choice is yours just don't say you were never warned”

“A female from Betway only called me the other day to discuss the reopening of my account. I then receive an email from these S.H.I.T people telling me they have set a deposit limit of £150. And that my account is now open. I deposit £100 only for these S.H.I.T people to close my account. I then receive an email me telling me I have not met the responsible gambling requirements. What the f.u.c.k is all that about? Why did they not tell me this before I deposited. I have now asked for a subject access request. I want all emails to and from, all telephone calls, and I want this information from the past 4 weeks. Fail to provide me with this information within 28 days? Then these S.H.I.T people will be hearing from the information commissioner's office. I've already emailed a claim to ecogra regarding my £100 deposit. Because I know very well that these S.H.I.T people will try and hold on to my money longer than necessary.”

“Money keeps dissappearing on account, no control over pausing or playing on casino games. You can actually see that the game is rigged by how it changes and how it turns to slow down or cancel already placed bets that end up winning. How does that happen unless the already know the result before the game starts. The website is rarely working.”
