“Visited twice and both times team members were talking in the middle display areas. The first visit I ask about the jewellery cleaners that I seen online, darker skin lady( sorry about description)she informed price and I mention the online price with free cleaner, she she we can’t do that price , than mentioned if you are going to look online you should buy it from there, i walked out, and was hesitant to buy from your company even online, but thought I would give you a second chance, I did purchase it by click n collect, when into the store, waited for 5 minu( there was 2 lady again having a talked ,short mature grey hair and dark skin ladies), there was a third lady that ended up serving me ( should length grey hair) when she finish with another customer, she apologised for the wait and went to collect the order, the 2 ladies didn’t even turn around,( this lady was respectful and happy to help). I left , when I came back past your store 15 minutes later and same 2 lady hadn’t moved from where they were when I was attending the store, the lady that served myself, was again talking to a customer. Clearly you have team members that aren’t completing what they are being payed for and need to learn what customer services is.”

“I received my watch I ordered on the 04/02/22 today. It was delivered marked, damaged and not working. I spent close to $300 on this watch and had just received it in time for a holiday I had been planning and was looking forward to wearing it. I am disappointed in the lack of care or empathy that was shown over the phone when I rang up about my situation. The staff didn’t seem to care about my situation and now I’m the one who has to wait for it to be sent back before I can receive a replacement watch. I am appalled at the quality in which the watch came in and even more so that it wasn’t working when supposedly they’re checked over before they’re shipped. I expect my replacement watch to be sent out ASAP as I will be moving house on the 28th. I also expect the replacement watch to be sent in immaculate condition. I hope this issue is resolved and I can have my replacement watch as soon as possible.”
