“Never again. No communication. 18 days from order until delivery. Very happy with the item itself but the rest of the experience was unacceptable. The kicker, the day after I bought the item, I received an email offering me the EXACT same item $50 cheaper!”
“I only have one suggestion - as a PayPal user for on line shopping, prior to purchase, I would have preferred to know that my return for refund (which I needed to do) could not take place in store. I might have opted for CC payment instead.
Returning an expensive item via post is a little unnerving.
Other than that, the shopping experience has been delightful - everyone from store staff to on line staff have been most helpful.

“Ordered something via click and collect and find out it’s ready to be picked up. Couldn’t pick it up that day itself, thought I’d get it in a few days time. The next day or two, I get an email that says it has been picked up. But I haven’t picked it up nor have I authorised anyone else to pick it up. Call them up immediately they said they would sort it out once I come in store. Go there the next day, they say someone has picked up my order. Someone with my exact same name and exact same order and order number. My partner asked them if they checked the email and the ID and they claimed that they did. But I have only one ID and it’s not stolen. They said to send them screenshots of the emails I received and I did that and was then told they’d get back to me in 3 days. It has now been one week and I have not heard a word. All I received from them is an option to leave a review. So here it is. Thanks for nothing. I want my money back and be compensated for the trouble I have been through!”
“The entire process from ordering through to delivery was fantastic. It would be nice if the jewellery could be modelled by even a fake body part so that I could have got a better idea of how it would look on someone.”
“The Bevilles website was incorrect and sent me on a wild goose chase to a store that didn't actually stock the product range at all, as was indicated online. The staff member there seemed unaware/confused and suggested I drive to another store 15 klms away but didn't ring them to check they actually stocked it either. Not wanting to waste any more of my time, I ended up ordering online and had to pay shipping on top of the cost of the product. When the product came, it was great.”

“Postage was fast, but my ears became infected after only wearing the earrings for 3 days. It was a little disappointing, considering I have been wearing much cheaper earrings my whole life without issues. The earrings are beautiful but probably won't be able to wear them again.”
