“I received my watch I ordered on the 04/02/22 today. It was delivered marked, damaged and not working. I spent close to $300 on this watch and had just received it in time for a holiday I had been planning and was looking forward to wearing it. I am disappointed in the lack of care or empathy that was shown over the phone when I rang up about my situation. The staff didn’t seem to care about my situation and now I’m the one who has to wait for it to be sent back before I can receive a replacement watch. I am appalled at the quality in which the watch came in and even more so that it wasn’t working when supposedly they’re checked over before they’re shipped. I expect my replacement watch to be sent out ASAP as I will be moving house on the 28th. I also expect the replacement watch to be sent in immaculate condition. I hope this issue is resolved and I can have my replacement watch as soon as possible.”

“Ordered a pair of gold hoops as a Christmas gift to myself. They arrived with a faulty closure and I had to do some DIY repairs to it even get them to close. Then one fell out and was lost forever (due to the fact they arrived broken)
Reached out to customer support only to be told that without both earring there was nothing that could be done to rectify the situation.
I would love to return both earrings but I no longer have them due to the fact that they arrived already broken.”

Due to a technical difficulty with your website as mentioned by your customer care team, my click and collect purchase is being posted. There was no way to change that without refunding and purchasing again. Needed it for the weekend but now it's coming Monday.
The tracking link from your email said its coming today so I made someone stay at home but I just checked on AUS post website and it says it's coming Monday. The link on your email still says it's coming today and doesn't seem to reflect what AUS post website says.”
