“Parcel still hasn’t arrived - they have been no help at all. Auspost requires the sender to provide info to get the investigation happening. Every request we have made to the Beville’s have been palmed off and left me in limbo.

I waited to fri and still herd no reply or received my item, I called twice then finally someone answered saying yes they has seen my email, but I was the one to make contact. They said they would contact me, instead I eventually got an email from Australia post saying it was on its way. I finally received the product. The product received was not my best purchase, to be host in terms of quality, I have purchased better from sports girl. The clasp on the earrings is not sturdy, and keeps falling out of my ears. If someone could please contact me regarding the product it would be much appreciated.”

Turns out it was Melbourne and Overnight express takes a week.”
