“Staff are very helpful. Only issue I would say is that its a bit odd that Bevilles sells a large range of high tech watches and no staff that can set these watches for customers or assist in other issues relating to some of the watches sold.”

Due to a technical difficulty with your website as mentioned by your customer care team, my click and collect purchase is being posted. There was no way to change that without refunding and purchasing again. Needed it for the weekend but now it's coming Monday.
The tracking link from your email said its coming today so I made someone stay at home but I just checked on AUS post website and it says it's coming Monday. The link on your email still says it's coming today and doesn't seem to reflect what AUS post website says.”
“The online part of the experience was great. When we went to collect the click and collect order we had to wait 5 minutes to get served and none of the staff acknowledged that we were waiting until the one person that was already serving another customer said "ill be with you soon"”
“I ordered an item via click n collect because I needed it before end of the week for a birthday. Item was apparently out of stock at the store, and instead of informing me of this fact they sent the item by post and now I have no idea if I will get it in time for my sister's birthday.. I'm particularly not happy that the store just didn't call and give me the option to just purchase something else.”
