“Well after waiting several weeks I finally got one of my rings order 1100901 ,I ordered a size Q and got a size N and to make sore I was right I got a jewller to check and they agree it’s a size N this is not good after waiting awhile ,I also have another ring ordered and have ask for my money back but had no reply ,once again not good enough, Regards Bian”

“Send the wrong size. Contacted the customer service but no feedback so far. Delivery took over a week even though I paid express. So all in all incredibly disappointing experience :(. Really hoped to get the wrong size exchanged.”

“This rating is for the staff at the pop up shop in Westfield Plenty Valley. However for the shop I wasn't happy with the staff there… one was with customer another was busy talking to a lady ( seemed not a customer). Waited for long. When I was finally approached, I asked if the shop had certain item. With just gesture pointed me to pop up shop saying “there.”
However once again the staff of pop up shop was helpful.”
“Ordered when it stated delivery for Xmas, email and called and was assured it would be delivered by 25th. Received email stating expect delivery on 30th. Great Christmas gift.”

“This purchase of an e gift was a Xmas present which we still don’t have due to poor communication.
We spoke to someone in customer service yesterday, and were told there was an IT issue that was being looked into and that we would get a call back.
No call came, and late yesterday I found an email requesting conformation of my purchase, as it was late in the day when this was discovered, I replied immediately but it was to late by then for our purchase to be processed, so no Xmas present.
Both my fiancé and I are very disappointed in the lack of communication with us over this matter, my fiancé has spent quite a lot with Bevilles over the years, that was why I chose Bevilles for this purchase.
Bevilles needs to take a good look at how the customer service team deal with issues, especially there communication and call back procedures
