I had ordered a watch from you. It arrived on time. However upon viewing the watch, I opened the 0ackaging to find that the box which held the watch was damaged and was broken to say the least. Disappointing this close to Christmas!

I was very disappointed. I have three grand daughters and I wanted to purchase them a bracelet for Christmas. So I went to Plenty Valley and they only had 1 of the particular bracelet I wanted, but told me that Epping had one as well. So I bought 1 at Plenty Valley then went to Epping to purchase the other. One of my grand-daughters is younger than the first 2 so I contacted her mother and she said that should would love a bracelet as well. So I went online and bought it. I was so disappointed because the bracelet online was $30 each cheaper than the shops. The shops were supposed to have Black Friday sales. My daughter said I should take the other 2 back, but I thought I should have noticed that everything else was on sale, but not those particular bracelets. I asked the sales woman if they were on special and she said yes. I am a member of Bevilles, but I do not think I will shop there again. I

I purchased a ring in a specific size, as confirmed by the receipt and order details. Apparently that size was not available, but I was not notified and was still able to purchase my ring size on the website. So I was sent the only ring they had, which was 3 sizes too small. Now I am told if I want the emerald ring in size Q that I purchased I will have to spend an extra $130 for them to upsize it (if it is at all possible). I understand that sometimes people make mistakes and technology is not updated, though that can be frustrating, and I understand that also people can make mistakes and not check orders before sending them (which also happened), but I must admit I am most frustrated about being told, after I have spent $500, that I need to spend another $130 in order to get the product that I have already purchased. I do also wish when I first spoke online that the staff started off by admitting that Bevilles had made those mistakes and apologizing instead of treating it like 'of course I got the wrong size ring because it was the last one'. I promise I am not yelling and I respect retail staff. The staff in the Charlestown NSW store were very lovely and very helpful and Julia online was not bad. I am just quite disappointed. I was so excited about this ring. Now I need to decide if I cut my losses or if I put myself into further debt to try to pay more for the the Q size ring that I purchased and wanted so much. It's not an easy choice. Though it may not even be possible.

Staff behavior is very rude. The sales assistant tried to charge me for a click and collect I had paid for online and I politely told her it was paid for. she was still messing about on the computer when another lady came across and told her I just needed to sign I picked it up. I signed for it then she threw the bag at me, muttered "Good day" and stormed off angrily. At no point did I deserve to be treated like this at 9.30 in the morning. The reason I shopped online was that a gift I received for my birthday in July broke and when my daughter took it back the next day she was told they would get another one in. We were locked down for 3 months so when she finally got back to Bevilles they said it was longer than 14 days and no refund could be given, only a credit note. NO SHOPS WERE OPEN IN THAT TIME so not our fault. Disgusting service

Package arrived with leaking goods. When I called the customer service line I was asked to leave a message and no one has returned my call. Very poor service as I need a replacement for the jewellery cleaner that leaked through the package.

2nd time I have had a poor experience! Ring is meant to be size Q & is much smaller! Unable to speak to a Customer Service representative! A non existent call back service! Won't be considering any further purchase from Bevilles.

Hands down some of the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. I am a manager at a major retail store, and also in charge of the click and collect section. Whoever your staff were at the Fountain Gate store that I spoke to both times shouldn't be allowed to work in customer service. I placed an order that I needed by a specific day, I checked stock and it said in stock in Fountain Gate for c&c so I did that. I live 1.5 hours away from that store but was willing to make the trip so I could ensure I had the item by the set day. Received a message saying item should be ready within 24 hours, several days later called the FG store to be told that they're really busy and they will get to it when they can, wait a few more days and if I still haven't heard then call back, so I did, and the phone went unanswered 4 times before I gave up and called back the next day, to which the girl rudely told me, sorry we don't actually have that in stock, you'll have to wait until we do and that's that. So I waited again, then called Bevilles customer service, who then told me the item wasn't going to be available at all from FG store and in the next few days it will be express posted out to me. It still hasn't arrived, it's now been nearly 2 weeks since I first placed the order, if I had of wanted to have it posted to my house I would of selected that option in the beginning. Hands down disgusting customers service, not even an apology, now the item hasn't arrived in time for the event. I will never be shopping with Bevilles again, and I will be making sure none of my friends or family do either. I understand issues happen with online orders, but for me to have to chase this up continuously myself, and not so much as one sorry for the inconvenience. I know if these were my staff, they wouldn't be anymore.

So disappointed! My jewellery turned up with a broken chain and scratches all over the back of the locket, even the staff at Miranda store when I took it straight up to them were disgusted with the product and the state in which it was sent to us. The product had to be refunded due to its damage and now I am unable to get another one in time for my daughter for Christmas. I ordered it in September to have it in time for Christmas and now am left with nothing. Has really turned me off purchasing from Bevilles in the future.

I bought a watch, Beville's sent me the wrong one, I returned it to them and have heard nothing since. After more than a week I went on their chat line but 4 hours later nothing. The following day I went on the chat line again, one hour, no response. So I rang, they would ring me back .......nothing. Today I tried again. An immediate response saying they were sorry for the delay and would be back to me "in a moment". From 11:04 am to 4pm (when they close) again nothing.

I am so not happy with the product and entire experience.. The watch that I ordered for express post on trhe 15th October which had to come from within Melbourne to Werribee qrroved today on 27th. I would have not been so upset had the watch not looked some used old 2nd hand product with scratches on the band.. the box torn from inside and over all looked such a substandard product. I ordered this as a gift and the recipient is expecting it and I am finding myself in an very uncomfortably embarrassing position where the quality of the product is so not up to the mark to be given as a formal present.

After paying 34 dollars for each bracelet I have found these on the Sheila website for $10 each Not happy will be sending back for a refund

I understand there are covid restrictions however, making someone wait outside the door who is healthier (most probably healthier than the staff who are vaccinated) is discrimination and humiliating. The feeling upon click and collect made me feel like scum and unworthy and here I am regardless giving you my $300. I paid $300 to feel worthless. Not a nice feeling. I understand its been forced on you to do this to your business but its also wrong to make a healthy good being to feel this way. it's not nice and certainly unethical and deep down you know that. By the way, your staff advised me to enter your store to collect my item, and 'I', 'ME', had to mention that I am not fully vaccinated. I could have just walked straight in but I have morals and integrity and was openly honest. I also felt that your staff treated me with disgust. As if I was a disease carrier, mind you they are the ones who can spread the disease also. So thanks for the humiliation. I know it's out of your control because you're afraid, but I just wanted to let you know how it makes a human being feel. Not nice.
