“They are an ethical company with a very customer centric approach. On the most part, returns and refunds are done correctly. But, be careful with returns. B+H rates everything and if you return too much irrespective of the reason, they can deny you the opportunity to buy from them.”

“I'm disappointed. One of my shipments went to the wrong address, and I never received it. B&H didn't do anything to help me and said it was out of their hands. In some ways I get it, but when I found the shipping problem, I contacted them immediately. This was before delivery even happened. They could have contacted FedEx, but instead said it was their policy not to do that. I contacted FedEx and tried to have them route the package to a holding facility, but they delivered it anyway...and some stranger signed for it. As a result, I'm most likely out $1000+ dollars. While this was in part my fault, I would expect a company that cares about their customers to actually offer some sort of assistance when mistakes happen. At the very least, they could have contacted FedEx about the delivery and told them to send it back. I'm giving them three stars because they have been my go-to camera company for the last five years. I moved to a location out in the country recently and am afraid to order anything else from them on the chance there will be a problem with the delivery.”

“When I purchased this item yesterday, I didn’t receive a confirmation and the purchase did not appear as purchased in “ my orders” so I, just now purchased it again. I am very interested in receiving and one of the lenses.”

“ITEMS AND STOCK IS ALWAYS GOOD BUT SHIPPING IS AWFUL ALWAYS 5 DAYS OR MORE UNLESS YOU PAY THROUGH THE NOSE FOR IT AND OVERNIGHT SHIPPING IS AT LEAST$15 AND IF YOU ORDER ON A FRIDAY MORNING YOUR DELIVERY DATE IS THAT FOLLOWING TUESDAY NOT OVERNIGHT THE WAY I SEE IT”

Thank you for your interest in B&H and for this feedback. I am sorry any aspect of our performance is unsatisfactory. B&H closes mid-afternoon Fridays which has an effect on the shipping schedule for orders placed Fridays. For thousands of products, we offer free shipping to any location within the "lower-48" states. For thousands of others, discounted shipping or "expedited" shipping is available. For other shipping options we make every effort to control fees. For example, sending a Nikon Z9 camera to Los Angeles is less than $19 for FedEx 2-day service. -- Henry Posner / B&H Photo-Video

“B&H has good prices until you factor in shipping. I would shop there more but can often find other places (like Amazon) that extend their free shipping to Alaska. For this purchase they offer free expedited shipping to the lower 48 but I had to pay for regular shipping to Anchorage Alaska. I understand that some large items will cost more to ship to Alaska but this is just a small SD card. If I have to pay I should get the expedited shipping or free regular shipping.”

“At least this company Does have an Actual Domke FA-140 Utility Strap - with spring clips - in stock. Unlike amazon, which continues to SHOW what Looks Like an FA-140, but which in fact is something completely different. The reason why you have Not been awarded a full five-star rating is your Concealment of ridiculously over-priced and imaginary "Taxes", which customers in the UK do Not have to pay - this is treading so close to actual theft, if one is in a hurry to complete a transaction, that it may as well be considered deliberately larcenous. Disgraceful.”
