“ We booked a collection with the Holloway Road branch and they came today to collect (as arranged) they called 30 minutes before arrival as I was told they would. The guys that came couldn't have been more helpful. They took all of the items I listed plus a few extra bits that I had forgotten to mention. Amazing service and would defo use them again. ”

“ Booked a collection for a specific date for two large double wardrobes and three charity bags. The date was accepted by BHF within a few days, and on the morning of the collection I received a text along with tracking details for the van driver Galin. I had had to dismantle the wardrobes slightly (separate top and bottom parts) due to the weight, and kept the screws and allen keys in a ziploc bag. One of the wardrobes was missing a handle, which BHF had stated was fine. The driver and his colleague arrived promptly at 8.40am. We'd forgotten to screw the top of a wardrobe back on, but they weren't concerned when I showed them the ziploc bags, and took the wardrobes without any issues. Pleased with the service, everything went smoothly and as hoped for! ”
