“I called Big Frog at 4:45 PM on a Friday afternoon. After listening to the menu, I selected the number to speak with a representative. I had to leave a message and was sure that I would not get a response and if I did it would be the following week. Imagine my surprise when Tyler returned my call in less than five minutes. He was very helpful. I received my order by the following Wednesday, just in time for our contractor to install it. Thank you Big Frog!”

“welp, it was short 2 screws, and I had to double up the old o-ring with the new o-ring to stop the leaking that was the bad I guess. what made me happy . . . . it looked identical to the old one to my eye at least .”

“Ordered two Vista Outdoor Lighting DTC200 timers, which did not fit my transformer due to the NEMA 5-15 plug being justified towards the bottom of the assembly. Returned them after a simple fit check. Incoming inspection at Big Frog flagged that switch as damaged at the side plug location I did not touch (see pictures). Nickle and dimed by this company, and feeling irritated by the lack of recourse and their resolution. They seem reputable in general, but in my case I am quite suspicious at the cause of that minor scuffing. Suggestion - don't order direct from them, if you have the option.”
