“Big Frog Supply quickly shipped a high quality water well pump to me, I have zero negative comment regarding this transaction, I do have a problem with their product carrier FedEx. People like myself living on a remote ranch in southwest Texas where back country roads are basically jeep trails at best, depends on a delivery service that capable to deliver in harsh environment (like UPS) w/ 4wd vehicles. FedEx posted delivered to customer via email which lead me into days of searching the largest county in Texas for my pump with no help from all parties involved.”

“They don't provide a light bulb and don't make it clear. It doesn't even ask or suggest an opportunity to purchase the correct bulb at check out. When I email them to ask where the light bulb is, they said "well it is a no lamp fixture you should have known it didn't have a bulb. We don't provide a bulb because we don't know what type you would like" Really!”

“Never received the item. They are unwilling to refund my money. I will be filing a dispute on my credit card...What a big waste of time. They are saying Fedex delivered the item but to a different address...Not my problem. I did not hire Fedex, they did and they do not want to fix the problem.
