“We ordered a guitar and case. Both arrived very quickly and in very good condition. I was a little nervous ordering from a store I didn’t know for something this expensive but they answered my questions and pointed me to the google reviews rather than the v old reviews I had found. Thank you.”

“Good delivery times and easy ordering etc. but I had to return an item which, in my view was not fit for the purpose described. My original purchase was refunded promptly but I was still out of pocket for the return shipping and there has been no reply to my enquiry about this. I understand that if you somply decide you don't want something, that should be the case, but when the item turns out to be nearly useless it seems a bit unfair. I live in a remote area so I can't shop in person and inspect goods first. Lesson learned though - ibternet shopping has its drawbacks.”

“Very pleased with my purchase of a new ‘Tanglewood’ Acoustic/ Electric Guitar. I find it’s narrower neck makes it much easier for me to play compared to my previous ‘Classical’ Acoustic Guitar. (ie) I can now reach barre chords much better. However, my Guitar Tutor has pointed out that this new guitar’s ‘Action’ is too low and is causing ‘burring’ of the strings. He suggested that the ‘Bridge’ be raised slightly to get rid of this problem.”

“Like the new showroom at Hillington. I bought my yamaha e463 as Martin said it was a good beginner's keyboard. Its a super keyboard. Recently wanted to upgrade my keyboard. Discussed it with Martin and he was very helpful. I bought the psr yamaha digital workstation arranger . I would recommend Biggarsmusic to anyone interested in musical instruments”
