“Warning!! Biggerpockets will not provide a full refund for services that I cancelled less than 8 hours after they charged me for a renewal I did not want. I have tried multiple times via support and they continue to tell me to go pound dirt. Somehow they hide behind their wordy terms of use which states NOTHING about charging me 10% of my refund. For what? Why? What value did I receive? They said they sent one email 45 days before which I did NOT receive after looking multiple times into my email and junk folders. They are unwilling to refund the remaining $32.50. I have tried to get someone on the phone - they state in their voicemail that they have no live support. Only online. Consumers beware!!”

When signing up for a BiggerPockets membership, our members agree to our Terms of Use by manually clicking a button on the signup page stating that all our memberships are on auto-renewal unless you cancel prior to your renewal date, and we do not offer full refunds after your membership has been renewed. If you cancel after your renewal we refund you the difference and keep your membership active through that month. We make sure to send all our members a renewal email 45 days prior to renewal to make sure you're aware of the upcoming renewal and give you the option to cancel.

People looking for services have the option of clicking Contact All which will ping a lead to everyone in the division you are in. This was a TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY. “Not worth it. I subscribed at around $330/year off and on meaning to use the tools, but found when I made my own calculations in a spreadsheet is when I really did the learning and understanding. I ended up being charged $421 automatically two days ago, emailed back saying I didn't want to be auto enrolled and it took a lot to get it stopped and then I had a retention guy try to keep me on. Finally got the permission to stop but they only refunded part of it and when I asked, they said I checked a box saying I agreed to all their terms and conditions and that I agreed to auto renew and that after the auto renew date I would only get a partial refund. Same day refund request didn't matter. They kept $35. Shame on me. But on top of that the auto renew was over $100 more than the previous year. I didn't end up using the tools and after that answer and increase and partial refund it left a pretty bad taste in my mouth.”

Its the worst lead gen I have ever dealt with. its a complete overcharge ripoff. The sales people will lie just to get the sale. The leads are very very low quality and the majority will be wholesalers or people trying to sale you on something. Straight up trash!! Not even deserving of a single star. Customer service was of no help. They got their money so they don't care about the salespeople scamming with lies. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere..”

“scam rip off company!! Come across like they want to help you then charge your credit card $416.30 a year Auto charge when you dont recall allowing them to do so. and i did not!! Now I have to dispute with Amex, and jump through hoops to get my money back. Going on 30 days and no refund as of yet. BBB contacted and I will not let this go until I get a full refund.”
“Extremely aggressive and disgusting man. He takes advantage of women whom are alone. Tries to get a free ride and/ruin a small business when he doesn’t get his way. Posts videos of people upset when he pushed them to that point. Use caution when approaching this man. He plays nice then snaps when he doesn’t get his way.”

“Total liars and scam artist. They're literally telling people they helped me develop my property but I've never even hear of them until someone called me asking about my experience with them. Come to find out they posted pics and a video of my facility and are telling g people I was a student of theirs and they guided me through developing my property. Scott Meyers tried thei Sam r thing about 10 years ago and I threatened to sue him so he took all of my site pictures, videos and references down but here they are back up again. This is fraud.”
