“A good price, availability and free delivery put Bikeparts in first place for my purchase of a new rear wheel. Packaging was disappointing though, an hugely oversized box that had nothing inside to protect the wheel. The box was delivered in a crushed, collapsed and open state, fortunately no damage to the contents. Better attention to packaging would have earned the fifth star.”
“I purchased a Park tool bottom bracket extractor and it was the cheapest around at the time as the cheapest was out of stock elsewhere and I needed it. The order process was fine and it arrived very shortly afterwards. I was quite happy with my purchase and have already used it. It’s a good well made tool that worked well.
The only disappointment for me is I now see that it has been reduced by £7. C’est la vie.”

“I ordered a press fit bottom bracket. As there's no real industry standard, I made a bit of an error and got the incorrect part. I tried emailing twice and got no response, so I called instead. The guy I spoke to was very helpful and I ordered the correct part instead. I then emailed once again regarding the return of the first bottom bracket. Again, no response, checked spam just in case. I'll return the original, and presumably get credited with the amount I paid.
Maybe it's just cos folk are on holiday and this may well explain the lack of email response. It's a hectic time of year. These guys really do have an amazing stock of parts, and they don't mess about getting them out to you”
