“right product at a good price but 3 day dispatch for an item showing as in stock is too slow in this day/age. Will likely use again but only when time allows, for faster service I'll use others”
“Ordered a part showing as in stock that was needed for an event in a week (so plenty of time). After 4-5 days realizing that it had yet to be posted, I contacted bikeparts and had a very prompt response to say that it was delayed as it was in an offsite warehouse but they would upgrade the delivery to 24hr. Which they did and I, therefore, got the part in time for my event.”
“No complaint about the product or price. Nocked off one star because it was shipped through Hermes or whatever they call themselves now. It took seven days to arrive. OK there was a long weekend due to the Queen's funeral, but the Royal Mail would have delivered it in half the time by the post man. It was only in an A5 size postal bag.”
