“The two 700x47c tyres were delivered quickly. Now fitted, the comments on the handling of the ebike were positive. Hoping the puncture resistant layer does its job. The only negative comment is, as l buy alot of items online, the picture of what l want to buy, is what l expect to get. It was only after delivery that l found the picture was of a black tyre, but the title said Grey. My mistake, but who would want a Grey tyre for an adult cycle.”

“Good customer service. I recently ordered a bike rear hub component from bikeparts. I ended up being sent the wrong one. It turned out not to have been their fault at all but rather that of the main distributor, who had incorrectly labelled the part at source. I was able to show Bikeparts the correct picture of the part and they immediately set to rectify the anomaly with their distributor. Not only did they get me the correct part but they also gave me a discount for my troubles! I will be using them again.”
“Good price and well packaged. But it did take nearly four weeks to arrive in UK. Yes it was just after Christmas so I expected some delay. However the actual dispatch date and what was believed by the sales team did not match. All components have been successfully put on my bike now”
