“I was planning a trip to the UK and decided I would buy a new snooker cue. I searched the web and after price shopping and reading reviews on a few places I decided to go with Billiards Boutique and contacted Pete. Pete was so helpful from day one. After months of waiting and several emails to Pete ( sorry Pete, I know I drove you crazy lol ) I arrived to pick up my order of 2 cues, cases, extensions etc and all was in tact as promised. Rebecca who looks after Pete's business in the UK was just as helpful. Pete and Rebecca provided the absolute best customer service I have experienced in like forever. I would without hesitation recommend Pete/Rebecca and Billiards Boutique for your next purchase, you will not be disappointed! Dan”

“I ordered some items for delivery in South Africa which took 5 days to SA incl. a weekend! Excellent product knowledge and service. Quick responses to enquiries with a "can do" attitude. Will definitely be ordering more!”

“I can find the products I'm looking for. It took me a while to 1st find the chalk I was looking for(Molinari) then I found the glove ! It take s awhile for the products to get to me (here in the USA) but its worth the effort . ken alvarez”
