“I am a big fan of Binnacle and consider it as my primary source for marine equipment. Website is excellent, selection is excellent and pricing is highly competitive, especially during frequent sales events. Free delivery is a key factor for me, especially since Binnacle is not nearby where I live. I know it must be very expensive to attend but I would love to see Binnacle at the Toronto Boat Show.”

“My dealings with Binnacle have been good, pricing, inventory, and interaction all good! So far, ten days later have not received my purchase! Cannot fault Binnacle, but maybe they should take a look at their freight carrier?! Can't complain too much as was free shipping, but would certainly like to receive my purchase! I do live in Canada in a fairly large community on Vancouver Island, not some backwater off the grid! Update, purchase received in good order, probably delayed with poor weather conditions somewhere across Canada. I was contacted by customer service from Binnacle, following up to make sure I was looked after! Great customer care, Thank You!”

Hi, I checked your tracking number and it is scheduled to be delivered today Thursday Feb 6. The tracking information said it was delayed due to weather. We always email a tracking number to the customer when the order ships so that you can see when it will be delivered and if it will be delayed for any reason.
