“I had purchased a wristband and shoe pod. I received my Biostrap very quickly. Unfortunately, I was having issues with trying to get my wristband to pair with my phone. After chatting with a team member, and trying a few different things, it was determined that my sensor was in brick mode. I was promptly emailed a return label with instructions on how to return for a new sensor. Not even a week later, I received my new sensor!! I'm super pleased with not only the level of help that I recieved, but the quickness in which everything was done.”

“I’ve always been skeptical of wrist band fitness trackers. Though I love my Biostrap. It’s infrared is much better than the industry standard LED. I feel that since I got mine I have been more in touch with my health. Obviously though you get out what you put in. So the more active you are the more you will get out of it.
